The government paid them for the land that the US destroyed. These people decided to buy land that is not contaminated by Radio activity. They bought the land! Ozell Daniel Part of our strategy for the ADN is to go for federal land. Kanaka Maoli have superior title to the land, so they would have first choice then negotiate with us for what we can have. It’s not completely restoring the kingdom, but that’s how our reparations case puts land back in Hawaiian hands without Federal recognition.
