1855 -  Abner Paki died leaving his two (2) widows:

(1)  Konia (w) - had a daughter named Bernice Pauahi and a hanai/adopted daughter:  Kaeha/ Makaeha/Lydia/Liliuokalani/Queen Liliuokalani.

(2)  Kakainalii (w) - widow of Abner Paki's brother Kalaniulumoku.  Abner Paki became the father of Kalola (female); Kaluaikau (female); Alapai; Abigail Maheha (female).  They were Abner Paki's true nieces and nephews.


1884 - Bernice Pauahi Bishop died due to breast cancer.


1886 - Kalola (female) a stepsister, true cousin of the real Bernice Pauahi Bishop died.  She was documented as the next-of-kin to Bernice Pauahi Bishop.  Her descendants existed then and their descendants exists today.

1893 - The premeditation, concerted effort, the planned usurpation of Queen Liliuokalani by the Attorneys, Trustees, with the support of the United States leaving the Queen and her subjects under stress, duress, usurpation, coercion and intimidation occurred.

 - Usurpers assumed the properties and built on the Private Properties of Abner Paki who was conveyed alodio titles.

  - The usurpers assumed Private Properties of the Royal Families including the Bernice Pauahi Bishop Estates, Liliuokalani/Queen Liliuokalani Trust, et. als. disregarding the Trust created in 1872, 

The occupiers, an organization founded by Aliens, usurpers cannot own Alodio Titles.


In the Land Court case #1227, the Trustees of the Bernice Pauahi Bishop Estates claimed that all heirs were no more and they claimed that they were heirs.

The Trustees sold properties and became documented Pirates, pillagers, fraud, conspirator's, racketeers, treasonous persons who helped to premeditate the takeover of a neutral, friendly, non-violent nation.

The Trustees included William O. Smith, Curtis Iaukea, et. als.

1894 and 1897

U.S. President Grover Cleveland Gave Hawaii Back Twice (2x) to Queen Liliuokalani.

1897 - Opposition to Annexation was made by Queen Liliuokalani and 40,000 subjects.

They remained under stress, duress, usurpation, coercion, intimidation.

1909 -  A Fraud Trust was made for Queen Liliuokalani by William O. Smith, Curtis Iaukea, et. als.
Queen Liliuokalani denied signing a Trust Deed with William O. Smith, Curtis Iaukea, et. als.




  • Queen Lili‘uokalani became a member of YWCA O‘ahu until her death in 1917. The first Business Women's Club was established.



    Note:  Queen Liliuokalani was the hanai/adopted daughter of Abner Paki.

    Other members of Abner Paki was his true daughter named Bernice Pauahi.

    According to a book written by the Missionaries, the REAL Bernice Pauahi died at the age of 16 and was replaced by a half-white neighbors child.

    Our families maintained that this Bernice Pauahi was hapa haole.

    1917 - Queen Liliuokalani died.

    She documented her denial of signing a Trust Deed with William O. Smith, Curtis Iaukea, et. als. in her Will.

    Her Will was entered into her Probate but the Republic of Hawaii courts disregarded the facts.

    William O. Smith, Curtis Iaukea, et. als. transferred Queen Liliuokalani's remains, her leasehold home, and other artifacts to the Republic of Hawaii.

    1924
    Julia Morgan was hired to design the current Richards Street building. She was the first woman accepted to the Ecole des Beaux-Arts in Paris and is still considered one of the most prestigious female architects from America today.
    1926
    Construction is underway at the Laniākea headquarters. The Damon property at Waikiki was purchased and later became the Beach Club.




    1927
    The Richards Street building was completed and aptly named Laniākea, meaning “open skies.” YWCA O‘ahu offered classes in typing and home nursing, summer camps, and expanded their services to schools.

    SUMMARY

    The YWCA are Not the alodio/allodial land owners.  They failed to pay rents, were notified of their trespassing by the Royal Families, the families of Abner Paki the land owners.

    They are squatters and have to vacate the premises or remove the building off of the premises.

    The Hawaiian Kingdom laws are utilized here which is also the rule of the International laws documented by Dr. Alfred DeZayas.
