The following is an active Corruption Case in the Hawaiian Islands today for your information::
Corruption in Hawaii Series: Where are the Foreign Agent Registration Statement & Anti-Bribery Statement in accordance to the Foreign Agent Registration Act of 1938 for the Kealoha's and All Involved Acting as if they have Jurisdiction in the Hawaiian Islands
- Case Must Be Dismissed - posted by Amelia Gora (2019) The following should get Katherine Kealoha and Her Husband off the hook real fast: Simply show their Foreign Agent Registration Statement & Anti-Bribery Statement in accordance to the Foreign Agent Registration Act of 1938, which was signed upon their employment with the entity State/ City and County. Sending a copy to the Hawaiian Kingdom c/o Amelia Gora, Acting Liaison of Foreign Affairs P.O. Box 861781, Honolulu, Oahu, Hawaii 96786ud will secure the evidence as well. Both Katherine and Louis Kealoha are kanaka maoli, employed with the entity State/City & County which is documented "under a strange form of occupation by the United States resulting from an illegal military occupation and a fraudulent annexation." Noted: "the application of the laws of the occupied state (in this case, the Hawaiian Kingdom), not the domestic laws of the occupier (the United States)." Bank Matters with issues of the Reverse Mortgage The questions to ask are: (1) Who are the true owners of the property that the banks claim an interest? (2) Are the titles to the land clear? (3) Was the land an alodio title or a fee simple title? (4) Does the title company have insurance for the property? (5) Does the bank have a right to grant a Reverse Mortgage? (6) Is the bank authorized to operate in the Hawaiian Kingdom? In the case of the Kealoha's: (1) They resided on Private Properties of the Royal Family in Kahala. Did they have an interest in the alodio title or purchased by Fee Simple from those who had no title. Example: The Bernice Pauahi Bishop Estates/KSBE/Kamehameha Schools are Not the land owners. Bernice Pauahi Bishop was a treasonous person and married to a conspirator named Charles Reed Bishop. There are other owners of the Kahala lands including our families because we are the descendants of the next-of-kin Kalola (female). (2) Did they do their genealogies to show their family lines? (3) Katherine Kealoha's grandmother is still alive which means that she holds interests in her families lines and Katherine's mother is still alive which means Katherine Kealoha cannot inherit lands until her grandmother and mother passes. Resolving the Fraud issues of Katherine Kealoha and her husband Louis Kealoha would mean that they would have to do their genealogies, obtain information about what lands that they do own under our alodio system, claim their lands, assist their grandmother, and mother to charge rents for properties that belong to them, make amends with their family members through rents gotten for their alodio lands and repay their family members, etc. and make Hooponopono with those who were wronged...…...including Grandmother Puana, their uncle Gerald, and the two (2) children whose monies are owed. This would be attributed to the Hawaiian Kingdom laws, ways, etc. but Not the Aliens who are currently in our Hawaiian nation. Note what Dr. Alfred DeZayas noted in his letters: "international laws (the Hague and Geneva Conventions) require that governance and legal matters within the occupied territory of the Hawaiian Islands must be administered by the application of the laws of the occupied state (in this case, the Hawaiian Kingdom), not the domestic laws of the occupier (the United States)." The mailbox fraud is a fraud in itself. Mailboxes are not included in the Hawaiian Treaties, only Post Office Boxes are. Therefore, the laws of the United States cannot be applied to charge kanaka maoli under duress in the Hawaiian Kingdom. The laws of our Hawaiian Kingdom are to be applied to Katherine and Louis Kealoha who can seek to obtain forgiveness through hooponopono from their families and others. The issues of Katherine and Louis Kealoha cannot be tried in the United States courts because they are courts of a foreign jurisdiction and cannot apply their laws in the Hawaiian Kingdom. The courts of the entity State, a developed entity made by U.S. President William McKinley is an illegal setup. U.S. President William McKinley "proclaimed" Hawaii to be a territory of the United States/Hawaii, disregarding the facts that U.S. President Grover Cleveland Gave Hawaii Back to Queen Liliuokalani Twice (2x) in 1894 and again in 1897. In 1912, Pa Pelekane case, HAWAIIAN REPORTS, Supreme Court/Archives/Main Library, the attorney general of the "territory" of Hawaii claimed that the territory was the "successor of the Kingdom of Hawaii" which was an identity theft documented. The case prosecuted by the American alien/foreign government in the Hawaiian Islands should be closed for failure to produce documents showing that they have the right to operate in the Hawaiian Islands. The American alien/foreign government cannot show alodio titles to our Private Properties and must release all those who cannot be legally charged in this case. Former Prosecutor Katherine Kealoha and husband former Police Chief Louis Kealoha swore oaths to the U.S. Constitution, and worked for an identity thieving entity which claimed to be the "successor of the Kingdom of Hawaii".

Hawaiian Kingdom/Kingdom of Hawaii Exists because the Royal Families, descendants of Kamehameha exists, who are also descendants of the original House of Nobles members exists.
No Jurisdiction in Hawaii for both entity State of Hawaii and the United States
Background:
The entity State of Hawaii evolved from an Executive Order signed by U.S. President Dwight D. Eisenhower proclaiming Hawaii to be a State of the United States.
The State of Hawaii was known as the Territory of the United States/Hawaii which was proclaimed by U.S. President William McKinley who directed the Army, Navy, and his Federal personnel to help "develop" the Territory.
U.S. President William McKinley disregarded U.S. President Grover Clevelands moves in returning Hawaii back to Queen Liliuokalani twice (2x) in 1894 and 1897.
U.S. President Zachary Taylor in 1849 signed a Treaty with the Hawaiian Kingdom. The only parties involved in the Treaty was Kamehameha III - Kauikeaouli. his heirs and successors, and U.S. President Zachary Taylor.
Kamehameha III - Kauikeaouli's heirs and successors existed in 1849 and even now.
Kamehameha III - Kauikeaouli ratified the treaty in 1850.
According to the U.S. Constitution, Article VI:
"This Constitution, and the Laws of the United States which shall be made in Pursuance thereof; and all Treaties made, or which shall be made, under the Authority of the United States, shall be the supreme Law of the Land; and the Judges in every State shall be bound thereby, any Thing in the Constitution or Laws of any State to the Contrary not withstanding."

Particulars of the Treaty of 1849:
The Postal issues are part of this Treaty.
Article XV of the Treaty shows that the only mails legal are those delivered to the Post Offices and does not allow delivery to individual mailboxes at the persons residence.
Both the entity State and U.S. must adhere to the Treaty of 1849 ratified in 1850.
In 1854, Kamehameha III - Kauikeaouli sought and obtained the assistance of the United States, France, and Great Britain to be the protectorates of the Hawaiian Islands:
PROCLAMATION.
Whereas, It has come to my knowledge from the highest official sources, that my Government has been recently threatened with overthrow by lawless violence; and whereas the representatives at my Court, of the United States, Great Britain and France, being cognizant of these threats, have offered me the prompt assistance of the Naval forces of their respective countries, I hereby publicly proclaim my acceptance of the aid thus proffered in support of my Sovereignty. My independence is more firmly established than ever before.

Conclusion as to the Mail Fraud of Katherine Kealoha, Louis Kealoha, and her Uncle Puana:
The individual mailboxes are not covered in the Treaty, which means that the charges applied by the United States is moot, illegal in the Hawaiian Kingdom as evidenced in the Treaty of 1850.
The Hawaiian Kingdom Tribunals may adjudicate the matter.
Important to remember that the claim to annexation is illegal found through research.
