Introducing the Royal Families who are the Crown Land, etc. Owners who are not subject to the laws, have sovereignty, maintain all non-treasonous persons/kanaka maoli and subjects of the Hawaiian Kingdom, and maintaining the 1850 Treaty of the Hawaiian Kingdom and the United States of America, Treaty with Japan, Treaty with the Netherlands, Convention with Portugal, Convention with Russia, Treaty with Spain, Treaty with Sweden and Norway, Treaty with the Swiss Confederation, Postal Convention with Tahiti, etc.:

Kamehameha's had 20 Children, which includes those being researched.              

 Discussion:

So, the foreigners claimed that Lot Kamehameha/Kamehameha V was the "last of the Kamehameha's"

In 1874, Sanford B. Sanford B. Dole was one of the planners of taking over the King's/Queen's position or the Royal Families genealogies, lands, assets, resources since the 1870's.  

The other planners included Charles Reed Bishop, husband of Bernice Pauahi Bishop, who was a hanai sister/adopted sister of Lot Kamehameha/Kamehameha V, Ruth Keelikolani, et. als.  

Lot Kamehameha/Kamehameha V died in 1872.

Ruth Keelikolani died in 1883.  

 Ruth Keelikolani was also called "the last of the Kamehameha's" by the foreigners.  She died in 1883.

Ruth Keelikolani died in 1883 and it was claimed to have left all of her lands to Bernice Pauahi Bishop who was also claimed to be "the last of the Kamehameha's" by the foreigners, a lie that was promoted and perpetuated by treasonous, conspirators, pirates, pillagers named Sanford B. Dole, Charles Reed Bishop and Friends, et. als.

  

The Truth:

Kamehameha had a total of 19+ children.

Royal Families are Not subject to the laws.  Kamehameha's descendants/heirs existed and were living in Kamehameha's life time.

Note:  Kinau (w) and Pauahi (w) were two of the five (5) widows of Liholiho/Kamehameha II.

Pauahi (w) married Mataio Kekuanaoa, Pauahi became wife number 2).  

When Pauahi died, Mataio Kekuanaoa he married wife number 3: Kinau (w).

When Kinau (w) died he married wife number 4:  Kaloloahilani/Kalolo (w).

When Kaloloahilani/Kalolo (w) died, Mataio Kekuanaoa he married his wife number 5:  step sister Kalima/Kalimakuhi/ Kamahine(w).  

Mataio Kekuanaoa's first wife was to Kalehua (w) the mother of Paalua/Palua/Kapaalua.

Mataio Kekuanaoa had a total of five (5) marriages.

Mataio Kekuanaoa had a Probate disregarding the fact that he was a Permanent member of the House of Nobles, a Sovereign successor through his ancestor Kaumualii.

Mataio Kekuanaoa was part of the Royal Families who are not subject to the laws.

Mataio Kekuanaoa was made heir of a Kamehameha descendant Victoria Kamamalu, who was Kamehameha's grand daughter.

Mataio Kekuanaoa's heir was Lot Kamehameha/Kamehameha V, younger brother of step sister Ruth Keelikolani and hanai sister Bernice Pauahi /Bernice Pauahi Bishop.

Ruth Keelikolani left her interest to her hanai sister Bernice Pauahi/Bernice Pauahi Bishop.

Problematic Issues

1)  Lot Kamehameha/Kamehameha V, younger brother of step sister Ruth Keelikolani and hanai sister Bernice Pauahi /Bernice Pauahi Bishop were Not the "last of the Kamehameha's".

2)  Kamehameha had a total of 19+ children and the three - Lot Kamehameha/Kamehameha V, younger brother of step sister Ruth Keelikolani and hanai sister Bernice Pauahi /Bernice Pauahi Bishop were from  two (2) out of his 19+ children.

3)  All three (3) were Kamehameha's descendants with 16+ existing or their descendants/heirs existing.

4)  All three (3) were Kamehameha's descendants, part of the Royal Families who were Not subject to the laws, as with the 16+ other children.

5)  They were and remain beneficiaries, reciprocal beneficiaries of all of Kamehameha's lands which includes the Crown Lands, etc.

6)  It was the desire of the non Royal Families to assume the Kamehameha's lands since their arrival in the Hawaiian Islands.

7)  The foreigners who made up the third part of the Hawaiian Government, a temporary, voted in position called the House of Representatives who did conspire, premeditate, pirate, pillage lands, estates, trusts, etc. of the Royal Families and did belong to this entity which became the Provisional government with the assistance of the United States and the American Empire, not the United States of America.

8)  The foreigners moved on the genealogies, the history, and the legal activities to accommodate themselves but have been discovered through research the criminal undertakings with the intent to defraud, assume, pirate, pillage what is not theirs, does not belong with documented evidence, etc.

9)  The 1850 Treaty of the Hawaiian Kingdom and the United States of America, Article XIV is applied against all who have pirated, pillaged, against our Royal Families, which includes Kamehameha III - Kauikeaouli's heirs/descendants and successors which includes Kalaniopuu's, Kamehameha I's, and Kaumualii's children, step children, hanai children/adopted children, and including the House of Nobles permanent members descendants/heirs documented in articles posted for the Judicial Tribunal evidence, etc.

SUMMARY

The above shows the 19+ heirs of Kamehameha, his children whose descendants/heirs exists today including myself, one of Kamehameha's descendants/heirs from four (4) of his children and  two (2) of his hanai/adopted children.

All of the above is part of the genealogy, history, legal research which uncovers the treasons, criminal frauds, the mega frauds, pillaging, piracy(ies), racketeering, corruption engaged in by the Americans supported by a bankrupt, corrupt, deviant nation which wrongfully Plundered upon a neutral, friendly, non-violent nation and wrongfully utilized villainous characters to conspire against the true land owners, the true title owners who maintains the 1850 Treaty of the Hawaiian Kingdom and the United States of America, which recognizes the Constitution of the United States of America even today.

This evidence is also being used for the purposes of the Judicial Tribunal of the Hawaiian Kingdom, etc. and supports the reasons why it is Not O.K. to utilize our Families, our Nations funds for the use of Wars and wrongful Plundering Upon Innocents at our expense, etc.

There are legal reasons why the American Consulate needs to operate here because War crimes have been committed and crimes against our Royal Families, subjects, friends, and supporters is unacceptable.

The following were stepsiblings:  Samuel (father:  JWE Maikai); Alapai (female) (father:  Kuluwailehua);  Elizabeth (female) (father:  Mana); Lillian (female)(father:  Mana and another wife); Abraham Kekai (male) (father Kekai and another wife)).

Haili (female) married Kaluakini and had Elikapeka Kaimiola Kaluakini (female) (siblings);

Elikapeka Kaimiola Kaluakini (female) married Joseph Gora (formerly Matsugoro) and had John Gora (male) (siblings:  Joseph, William, Walter, Jolly, Lawrence, and Francis);

John Gora (male) married Mary Castro and had Amelia Gora (female) (siblings:  Leola, Elizabeth, John, Walter, Kathleen, and Marian).

Summary  

Kapapoko/Kapoolohu/Kapooloku/Poomaikelani/Princess Poomaikelani was also a hanai/adopted daughter of Kalola (female) and Luluhiwalani.

Kapapoko/Kapoolohu/Kapooloku/Poomaikelani/Princess Poomaikelani was also a hanai/adopted daughter of Kakainalii the widow of Kalaniulumoku; widow of Paki/Abner Paki.  Kakainalii married Ulualoha/Luisi Kealoha and documented as their hanai/ adopted daughter.

There are other connections to other alii which is Not part of the Kawananakoa's or Kuhio's pedigree/genealogy lines.

Identity thieves documented since Kawananakoa and Kuhio were documented as the sons of Pomaikelani/Poomaikelani aka's in the Obituary of Queen Liliuokalani.

The Kamehameha pedigree /genealogies are Our Families and Not the Kawananakoa's, the Kamehameha Schools aka's Trustees, and Not the entity State of Hawaii, etc.

We are also Kamehameha's thru his other children:

I, Amelia Gora, am one of the descendants of Kaaumoana aka's the true Trustee of Queen Liliuokalani.  (see previous legal notices).

As one of the heirs of Abner Paki, I maintain that I am one of the alodio land owners along with many documented others.

Trustees are Not the heirs and therefore I, and others are the alodio landowners of Abner Paki's interests.

Abner Paki's lands includes Waialae Iki lands totaling 1,608.20 acres and listed as:

LCA 10613                 RP8188 with 217.20 acres

LCA  10613                RP3578 with 1,391.00 acres

The Trustees of Bernice Pauahi Bishop have been legally dispossessed according to the 1849/1850 Treaty of the Kingdom of Hawaii and the United States of America, Article XIV utilizing the Judicial Tribunal, and the Hawaiian Kingdom Supreme Court in Case No. 1 for both the Queen Liliuokalani Trust and the Bernice Pauahi Bishop Estates /KSBE/Kamehameha Schools, etc.

The Crown Lands belongs to Kamehameha III - Kauikeaouli, his heirs and successors, forever as documented in his deed found at the Archives, Honolulu, Oahu, Hawaii.

Lastly, the Tilden Trust Case from the U.S. Supreme Court declared that Trustees are Not the Land Owners of a Trust created.

The Royal Families exists as documented through more than 27 years of genealogy research; 40+ years of history - oral and research; and 15+ years of legal research.

This is intended as a Legal Notice for all to see, read, share the info, know that our families have returned to our family properties, are the alodio title owners, are the Superior, Paramount land owners, etc. and to encourage others to step forward and reclaim our tutu's aina/ancestral lands with proof/ evidence, researched documentation.

Then it is true that the real Bernice Pauahi Bishop was replaced by a neighbor's half white child after the real Bernice Pauahi died at age 16.

A member of the Royal Families owns the missionary book revealing the truth and for some reason fails to provide the reference.....one wonders if they are or have been getting paid off...…….Hint:  the Grace family member has it and did state that fact......there are many Grace family members but they need to know that their family member is hiding that evidence.

The genealogy in part follows:

Waha married Akahi (w) who was married to Kalaimoku/Kalanimoku; Kikau; Kahope; Pomaikai; Kai/Kekai; Kaiama; and Kepaa.

The hanai /adopted children of Waha and Akahi (w) were Kalama Mayers; Kapapu Jones; Kaluakini;
and Kaanana?Kanana;

The Grace family claims Kanana as their ancestor.

The name of the exact member of the Grace Family will not be revealted but the persons relatives will most likely find out if their family member is indeed selling out/getting paid as hush money, etc.

Waha and Akahi (female) hanai:

Kalama Meyers  - her husband was the administrator of Queen Kalama.  Research incomplete.
Kapapu Jones - the alias name of Jones is Aluli.  Research incomplete.
Kaluakini - he was the true grandchild of Akahi (female) and became Akahi (female) hanai/adopted child when his father Nahuina died.
Kaluakini had two wives:  He and his first wife named Kawahineahanui were the hanai/adopted parents of Kapiolani/Queen Kapiolani.  She had been married to Bennett Namakeha and had adopted a child named Kahanu.  Kapiolani/Queen Kapiolani married Kalakaua/King Kalakaua after her first husband died.

Kaluakini married Haili the daughter of Abigaila/Poomaikelani/Princess Pomaikelani the sister of Kapiolani/Queen Kapiolani.  There was another sister name Kinoiki who was the mother of the three (3) sons:  Edward; Kuhio; and Kawananakoa.

Kaluakini and Haili had Elikapeka Kaimiola Kaluakini and others.  Kaluakini was claimed to have leprosy and was sent to Kalaupapa, Molokai.  His wife Haili went as a kokua.  Kokua's had to submit to experimentation if they desired to stay with their loved ones.  Elikapeka Kaimiola Kaluakini was adopted by Kaluakini's mother and brother Kaopu momona who was King Kalakaua's real son.

The Hawaiian Kingdom Blog released a letter today written by United Nations Independent Expert Alfred deZayas to two Hawaii Circuit Court judges.

In the letter, dated February 18, 2018, deZayas wrote, "I have come to understand that the lawful political status of the Hawaiian Islands is that of a sovereign nation-state in continuity; but a nation-state that is under a strange form of occupation by the United States resulting from an illegal military occupation and a fraudulent annexation."

John Watson Foster (March 2, 1836 – November 15, 1917) was an American diplomat and military officer, as well as a lawyer and journalist. His highest public office was U.S. Secretary of State under Benjamin Harrison, although he also proved influential as a lawyer in technically private practice in the international relations sphere.

Early life[edit]

Foster was born on March 2, 1836, in Petersburg, Indiana, and raised in Evansville, Indiana. He was the son of Matthew Watson, an Indiana farmer, and the former Eleanor Foster (née Johnson). He graduated from the fledgling Indiana University in 1855, but decided not to become a preacher as his parents hoped. Instead, Foster attended Harvard Law School, then moved to Cincinnati, Ohio to begin his legal career.
In 1861, Foster volunteered in the Union Army in the American Civil War.^[1] Initially commissioned as a major, he rose to the rank of colonel, serving with the 25th Indiana Volunteer Infantry, the 65th Indiana Volunteer Mounted Infantry and the 136th Indiana Volunteer Infantry. Foster's troops became the first to enter Knoxville, Tennessee after the successful campaign by General Ambrose Burnside.
Foster was a member of the Military Order of the Loyal Legion of the United States - a military society of officers who had served in the Union armed forces during the Civil War.
After the war, Foster returned to Indiana and (in addition to his legal practice) edited the Evansville Daily Journal. He used the paper to promote the Republican Party from 1865 to 1869.

Washington career[edit]

Foster moved to Washington, D.C. under Republican President Ulysses S. Grant, as well as had a summer home in Watertown, New York. As a reward for his political service after the Republican Party split in 1872 as a result of scandals and rampant corruption in Grant's first administration (which even reached Vice President Schuyler Colfax and which had caused reformers to nominate Horace Greeley in futile opposition to Grant's second term), successive Republican Presidents Grant, Rutherford B. Hayes and James A. Garfield appointed Foster the U.S. Ambassador to Mexico (1873–1880), then to Russia (1880–1881). President Chester A. Arthur made Foster the United States Ambassador to Spain (1883–1885).
In Benjamin Harrison's administration, Foster served as a State Department "trouble shooter" before becoming Secretary of State for the final six months of Harrison's term (from June 29, 1892, to February 23, 1893). As such, Foster replaced James Gillespie Blaine, who had succumbed to Bright's disease, of which he later died. As Secretary of State, Foster "helped direct the overthrow of the Hawaiian monarchy."^[2]:11
After leaving public office, Foster remained in Washington and invented a new type of legal practice, lobbying for large "corporations seeking favors in Washington and chances to expand abroad."^[2]:12 Foster also used his government and political contacts to secure legal fees as counsel to several foreign legations. He also continued to serve Presidents part-time on diplomatic missions. As such, Foster negotiated trade agreements with eight countries, brokered a treaty with Britain and Russia concerning seal hunting in the Bering Sea, and negotiated the Treaty of Shimonoseki of 1895 (technically as legal consultant and commissioner for the Qing Dynasty in which China recognized Korean independence as well as ceded Taiwan to the victorious Japanese after the First Sino-Japanese War.^[2]:12[3]
In 1903, Foster published American diplomacy in the Orient, followed in 1904 by Arbitration and the Hague Court. In 1906, he wrote The practice of diplomacy as illustrated in the foreign relations of the United States.^[4] These are among the many books written by John Watson Foster.

Family[edit]

Three of Foster's children never reached adulthood. Foster sent his son to Princeton. Foster doted on his daughters' grandchildren, regaling them with tales of life on the frontier as well as in foreign lands (of which he retained many curios). His daughter Edith Foster married Presbyterian minister Allen Macy Dulles, and their children included John Foster Dulles (who also became a U.S. Secretary of State) and Allen Welsh Dulles, (Director of Central Intelligence). Foster's daughter Eleanor married State Department legal advisor Robert Lansing (who later also served as U.S. Secretary of State); their niece Eleanor Lansing Dulles became an economist and diplomat.^[1] Foster is also the great-grandfather of the noted Catholic convert and theologian Cardinal Avery Dulles.

Death and legacy[edit]

Foster died in Washington, D.C. on November 15, 1917. His body was returned to Evansville, Indiana, where it remains in Oak Hill Cemetery, which is listed on the National Register of Historic Places for Vanderburgh County.

Premeditation to take over our neutral, friendly, non-violent nation has been discovered which null and voids all claims made by those who claimed to transfer the Crown Lands to the United States in 1893.

1884 - Bernice Pauahi Bishop died.  She was on Opium to rid pain from breast cancer.

Charles Reed Bishop (1884-1898)

Charles R. Bishop was born at Glens Falls, New York, on January 25, 1822. He was an orphan in his early years and went to live with his grandparents. At the age of fifteen, he took a position in a country store in a neighboring village. The next two years. he spent working on a farm and during the part of the time as a worker in a store in a larger town not far away. When he was 24 years old, he sailed from Newburyport, Massachusetts, around Cape Horn on the way to Oregon. The vessel made a stop in Honolulu. The trip having been an exceedingly stormy one, Mr. Bishop decided to remain in Honolulu for a period of months before proceeding on to Oregon. He made his way slowly and after some years formed a banking institution with Mr. W. A. Aldrich as his partner. This later became the bank of Bishop. Through his own character and institution, Mr. Bishop did much to aid the developing economic institutions of Hawaii. He had firm faith in the work that was being done in these islands and on number of occasions, he stood firmly when disaster of one kind or another threatened that work. In 1850, he married Bernice Pauahi Paki. From that time on, he played a very active part in the government of the islands. Mrs. Bishop died in 1884, leaving her estate for the establishment of schools for the advancement of education among the children of Hawaiian ancestry. Mr. Bishop became one of the first trustees of that estate and remained so until after he had moved to California where he made his home during the latter years of his life. The Friend, June 1948, pg.12)

He became a naturalized citizen of the Kingdom of Hawai'i in 1849 and was appointed Collector of Customs. The Bishops were dedicated to education. He provided leadership to the Board of Education under Kings Kamehameha V, Lunalilo and Kalakaua and it was his wife who founded the Kamehameha Schools. In addition to being a close friend and confidant of Hawaiian royalty, Bishop held many other court-appointed positions. After his wife's death, Bishop founded the Bernice P. Bishop Museum in her memory. The museum now has the largest collection of Hawaiian artifacts and is a world renowned museum and a mecca of knowledge for Polynesian history and antiquities.

Mr. Cooke was born in Honolulu on May 16, 1849, the second son of Amos Star Cooke, who was a member of the Eighth Company of missionaries. After completing his education, Mr. C. M. Cooke joined the firm of Castle & Cooke in Honolulu and worked there for a period of years. He then united with Mr. Robert Lewers to establish the firm of Lewers & Cooke. After years of active service to the territory both in business and in political life, Mr. Cooke left Honolulu in 1894 with the intention of making his home in California. However, four years later he returned to become President of the Bank of Hawaii and also of C. Brewer & Company. Mr. Cooke took great interest in some of the developing agricultural enterprises of Hawaii and lent his every effort both to their establishment and to their successful development. The Cooke library at Punahou School and the Aquarium building at Waikiki beach are tributes to his generosity and widespread interests. He died in 1909. The Friend, June 1948, pg.13)

Samuel Mills Damon (1884-1897,1898-1916)

Mr. M. Damon was born in Honolulu on March 13, 1845. He was the son of the Reverend S. C. Damon, who for many years was the pastor of the Bethel Church and was the founder of the FRIEND magazine. Mr. S. M. Damon showed rare ability in the field of business and finance and succeeded Mr. Charles R. Bishop when the latter left the islands for San Francisco but Mr. Damon is equally well known for his participation in public affairs. He was a member of the Privy Council of the Hawaiian Kingdom for a number of years and held important posts in government almost throughout his life. He represented the Hawaiian Kingdom at the court of London for the diamond jubilee of Queen Victoria in 1897 and two years later, he went to Italy as a representative of his government. Charles McEwen Hyde (1884-1899)

Mr. Hyde was born in New York City in 1832. He received a thorough University and Theological training and then occupied pasturage back in the New England States. In 1876, he was asked by the American Board to come to the Hawaiian Islands to assist in the training of pastors of Hawaiian ancestry. He arrived in Honolulu in the following year. He was placed in charge of the Training School which had been operated by the mission and reorganized it under the name of North Pacific Institute. He directed this institution until the time of his death. However his rare abilities and excellent training made him one of the outstanding leaders in the missionary enterprise while he was here. He was an excellent administrator and an outstanding educator and in these two activities, he was much in demand. The summer of 1899 his health began to fail and after a brief trip to see his son in Massachusetts he returned to Honolulu where he died on October 13th. The Friend, June 1948, pg.12)

William Owen Smith (1884-1886, 1897-1929)

Mr. Smith was the son of Dr. James W. Smith and was born in Koloa, Kauai. For a period of time, he worked in the sugar industry and served as sheriff on the island of Kauai. He then entered the office of Judge A. S. Hartwell and there read law. He was admitted to practice in 1875. From then on he filled an important place in the life of the territory in the field of law. He occupied many public offices such as that of the Attorney General, President of the Board of Health, a member of the legislature, and he was very closely identified with the affairs of the Hawaiian Kingdom during its closing years. He was one of the leaders in the movement which changed the status of Hawaii from a kingdom to that of a territory of the United States. He was the one who represented Hawaii before the committee of the United States Congress which considered the Organic Act of our territory. The Friend, June 1948, pg.13)

William Owen Smith planned the 1893 dethronement of Queen Liliuokalani in his Law Offices.

His partners in crime included the Bernice Pauahi Trustees and Sanford B. Dole, with Lorrin Thurston,, et. als.

      - The conspirators claimed to have conveyed the Crown Lands and renamed it the Ceded Lands to the United States.  The Crown Lands and Government Lands original deeds are posted below and the owners are kanaka maoli/kanaka Hawaii maoli, Not Aliens.

1894 - U.S. President Cleveland gave Hawaii Back to Queen Liliuokalani.

1897 - Opposition made to the annexation treaty by Queen Liliuokalani and her 40,000 subjects.  To date only 21,000 signatures found.  The other signatures have yet to be found.

         - U.S. President Cleveland gave Hawaii Back to Queen Liliuokalani for the second time.


William Owen Smith wrote up the Trust of Liliuokalani and claimed she signed it in 1909.

Queen Liliuokalani denied signing the document.  Her testimony was made by Sam Parker in the Prince Kuhio case.

Queen Liliuokalani denied signing again in her Will.

Queen Liliuokalani died in 1917.

William Owen Smith became one of the Trustees of the Fraud 1909 Trust Set Up.  The Other Trustees were Archibald Cleghorn, and Curtis Iaukea. 

William Owen Smith's law offices which also takes care of the fraud 1909 created Trust are now under the names of:  Case, Bigelow & Lombardi.

SUMMARY

The Law offices of Case, Bigelow & Lombardi along with the current Trustees of both Bernice Pauahi Bishop Estates and Liliuokalani/Queen Liliuokalani Trust have been perpetuating fraud, deceit, racketeering over time and arrests for their wrongs are pending.

The U.S. Court of Claims is Null and Void due to stress, duress, usurpation, premeditation, coercion upon the Queen and people.

Additionally, based on the documents found at the Archives, Honolulu, Oahu, Hawaii, Kamehameha III - Kauikeaouli's Deed over the Crown Lands is specific:  the Crown Lands belongs to himself, his heirs, and successors.............in other words, only bloodlines of his, not Aliens and the usurpers were aliens and continues with those claiming to own the Crown Lands.

Also, the Government lands belongs to the House of Nobles to take care of, and the Minister of Interior of the Kingdom of Hawaii allows kanaka maoli/kanaka Hawaii maoli to reside, plant, etc. 

These lands can never be owned by Aliens.  Worst a conspiring, manipulative, greedy, bankrupt aliens operating without rules of law, rules of treaty which still exists.

In 1899 the United States of America became an entity formed after a secret U.S. Constitution made by the bankers then made into two (2) nations:  (1)  American Empire, and (2) United States.

The Treaty of 1849/50 which was ratified by Kamehameha III - Kauikeaouli was signed with the United States of America President Zachary Taylor, and not the secretive usurpers of the American people.

The Crown Lands is owned by the Royal Families of a Constitutional Monarchy government which supports rules of law, and the innocents which includes the American people, and of course, our kanaka maoli/kanaka Hawaii maoli, et. als.

 Kamehameha III - Kauikeaouli was a good King who shared his lands with his subjects, which included his families and people.

Kameha  III  didn't have to share it because he was the Monarch, a descendant of his father Kamehameha who was recognized as the head of a Monarchy based government.  His lands included the Hawaiian archipelago made up of 133 Islands in the Pacific Ocean.

With Aetearoa and the Samoan Islands, the Hawaiian Islands were recognized as the Pacific Empire.

Infiltration by American operatives have been found in research.
