Emma inherited nothing from Grace Kamaikui who died in 1866. Reference: WILL OF GRACE KAMAIKUI, Bureau of Conveyances, Honolulu, Oahu, Hawaii.
TCB Rooke died BEFORE Grace Kamaikui. TCB Rooke entitled to only a life interest.
