Amelia Gora A pirate, identity thieving entity created/developed by U.S. President McKinley moved illegally after U.S. President Cleveland Gave Hawaii Back.....so, the created territory which was made and operated without a treaty of annexation means and declaring themselves to be a "successor of the Kingdom of Hawaii" does not fall under the definition of successor to Kamehameha III because there are three (3) parts to the Hawaiian government: (l) Sovereign - a permanent part of government - his heirs, and successors /only his family/ bloodlines (2) House of Nobles - a permanent part of government - their heirs, and successors/only their family/bloodlines, and (3) House of Representatives - a TEMPORARY, VOTED in body which included non-kanaka maoli....which is why Queen Liliuokalani documented that an entity dethroned her.... and U.S. President Cleveland did give Hawaii back twice which means the true Kingdom of Hawaii exists because parts 1 and 2 of the government existed then and their descendants/heirs and successors exists today...point is, the land issues belong to the Kingdom of Hawaii of 1810 recognized by the U.S.A., England, France etc. and NOT the identity thieving entity, an illegal set up assuming the Royal Families lands, identities, minerals, water, assets, revenues, etc. Conclusion: No Annexation, Fraud, Criminal Conspiracies, Piracies, Treasonous Activities based on Premeditation issues documented means that Pirates, Pillagers, Genocide Activists updated names: Terrorists are operating in the Hawaiian Islands documented and can be prosecuted according to Article XIV of the 1849/1850 Treaty of the Kingdom of Hawaii and the United States of America ....all lands have been locked in since the Mahele of 1848.
