Uncle Ku and Aunty Maxine announce that the Hawaii Supreme Court ruled in favor of their lawsuit against the State of Hawaii Department of Land and Natural Resources (DLNR) over Pohakuloa Training Area. DLNR was found negligent enforcing the terms of the Pohakuloa lease to the US Army for not removing unexploded ordnance and for environmental destruction of the land.
