I've received a letter from your office about a new Judge in town.



It is not the response that I've expected based on the numerous official letters/legal messages sent to your office for a proper response.


The most recent letter called for the arrests of "Princess Abigail Kawananakoa" for fraud, lies, defrauding our Royal Families; James Wright - a descendant of usurper Gerritt Parmele Judd - a documented conspirator, pirate, genocide activist, and Judge Browning who promotes fraud, criminal claims by the entity State of Hawaii representative Attorney General, et. als. claiming to be supporting the Receiver Wright in selling lands, assets, etc. belonging to our Royal Families.

I have also filed Honolulu Police Reports for "Princess Abigail Kawananakoa", Kamehameha Schools/KSBE/Bernice Pauahi Bishop Estates Trustees, et. als. for fraud, lies, etc.

The trustees claimed to be the heirs in Land Court Case #1228, which is a Fraud.

The trustees cannot be heirs.  It is documented in the Tilden Trust from the U.S. Supreme Court.

    portion of the estate went to relatives of Samuel Tilden. On March 30, 1892, the Tilden Trust reached an agreement with the heirs concerning the division of the remainder of the estate. The Trust received Tilden's books, manuscripts, statues, prints, engravings and pictures; and real estate and investments valued at approximately $2,000,000.



The Trust set up in 1884 for Bernice Pauahi Bishop was a Fraudulent Set Up:





Bernice Pauahi Bishop was half white, and not a daughter of Abner Paki who married our ancestor, the widow of Abner Paki's brother Kalani/Kalaniulumoku who was the father of Kalola (female) our ancestor, and her siblings.

Abner Paki and his wife Konia did hanai/adopt Kaeha/Kamakaeha/Makaeha/Lydia/Liliuokalani/ Queen Liliuokalani and did have a daughter by the name of Bernice Pauahi who was replaced by a "neighbor's child" as documented by the missionaries and written in a book.

Abner Paki and Kalaniulumoku/Kalani/Kaleiulumoku were the grandsons of Kamehameha.  Abner Paki married the widow of his brother after he died in 1838.  I, Amelia Gora, am one of his descendants/heirs.

Problematic Issues

It was the treasonous trustees of the Bernice Pauahi Bishop Estates who deeded lands to the U.S. -  The Trustees are Not the alodio land owners.  Rents for our Royal Families have been sent to the U.S. Presidents Bush, Clinton, Obama, and now to you Mr. Trump.

REQUESTS

As one of Kamehameha's descendants/heirs, I am once again requesting for the return of our Hawaiian Kingdom Records which the entity, Identity theft State of Hawaii is holding...……..the Archives, Bureau of Conveyaances, Library, etc.

We have the alodio titles of much of the lands in the Hawaiian Islands.

The archivists have been destroying our Hawaiian Kingdom records.

Their names includes:  Agnes Conrad, the current Archivist Adam., et. als.

We are requesting for our Hawaiian Kingdom records which includes our Royal Families documents kept at the Archives which sits on our Royal Families lands; Bureau of Conveyances land records which sits on my great great grandmother's land, etc.

Note:  we also hold the Paramount titles, Superior title of the lands in the block.  Research sent previously.

The Entity State of Hawaii was made a State by Executive Order by U.S. President Eisenhower, who disregarded oppositions by subjects, Royal Family members who documented Oppositions.

U.S. President McKinley "proclaimed" Hawaii to be a territory after getting the Army, Navy, and Federal personnel to develop the territory disregarding the fact that U.S. President Cleveland gave Hawaii Back Twice (2x) to our Queen.

In the 1912 PA PELEKANE case, the entity Attorney General documented that the "territory was the successor of the Kingdom of Hawaii" - this was Identity Theft recorded.

The entity State of Hawaii needs to be rescinded and named the American Consulate in the Hawaiian Islands.

Please provide a correct response to my letters and not a simple answer announcing a Supreme Court Judge who must respect the U.S. Constitution Section 6 due to the permanent, contractual agreement called a Treaty which was signed and ratified by our ancestor Kamehameha III - Kauikeaouli who provided that his heirs and successors were also a part of with U.S. President Zachary Taylor.

After more than 40 years of history, 28 years of genealogies, 16 years of legal research, and being a Kamehameha descendant in multiples of lines, a documented land owner/landlord, etc. It is important to play the rule of law as documented in your letter emailed to me on August 8, 2018.

A meeting would be good.

Fabled Hawaii Empire To Face Turning Point

Hawaii's Attorney General is expected to ask a judge on Monday to remove at least four of the five trustees of one of the world's richest estates, a charitable trust thought to be worth $10 billion.
The estate was created more than 100 years ago to educate children of native Hawaiian ancestry.
For the past two years, the trustees of the estate have been embroiled in a public tangle of boardroom intrigue, questionable investments, Internal Revenue Service audits and accusations of criminal acts.
An estate lawyer killed herself this month after being caught in a tryst with a trustee in a hotel men's room, the police said. The trustee then attempted suicide.
The estate, Hawaii's largest private landowner, was created in 1884 by the will of Princess Bernice Pauahi Bishop, a descendant of King Kamehameha, who unified the islands in the late 18th century.
The revenue from 337,000 acres of Hawaii land -- and worldwide investments that include 10 percent of Goldman Sachs & Company -- is used solely to finance Kamehameha Schools, a 600-acre campus for 3,100 Hawaiian students in Honolulu.
