Aloha kakou he Hawai’i, PAU?
Just another mere coincidence in the history of the Hawaiian Kingdom Nation?
And here some of us was indoctrinated to believe the Mahele and Kuleana Acts were for the good of the Kanaka Maoli, not knowing that some of the Kanaka Maoli would be morphed into the new Hawaiians known to be the only “NATIVE HAWAIIANS” approved by the Federal United States Government?
If whatever is before you, looks like, walks like, talks like, then it has to be “is”, is is? Add Hanabusa for Governor and the forecast will get clearer.

Very interesting!
Hi Pilipo,
Appears to be some confusion in regards to history...…...this is what you posted:
"indoctrinated to believe the Mahele and Kuleana Acts were for the good of the Kanaka Maoli, not knowing that some of the Kanaka Maoli would be morphed into the new Hawaiians known to be the only “NATIVE HAWAIIANS” approved by the Federal United States Government?"
Please Review the following:
Documented research shows that the Mahele and Kuleana Acts were pono made by Kamehameha III - Kauikeaouli to secure the lands to our people.
This happened in 1848.
See
then Kaeo, one of the members of the House of Nobles documented that Kamehameha III gave "forever and forever" lands to his people and to aliens they could never own alodio lands.

The FOREVER Alodial Titles in the Hawaiian Islands
researched by Amelia Gora (2018)
Note: The following shows that the Alodial Titles are Forever, and Forever vs. the
Usurpers entity the University of Hawaii whose claimed educators promote Fraud, Deceit, Criminal Malfeasance, Genocide...……….keep this for information with you land documents!
Kamehameha III's Speech of 1851 shows Alodial Titles and Fee Simple to Aliens:
Polynesian. [volume] (Honolulu [Oahu], Hawaii) 1844-1864, April 29, 1848, Page 198, Image 2
Image provided by University of Hawaii at Manoa; Honolulu, HI
NOTE: See the speech of Kaeo disclosing that Kamehameha III - Kauikeaouli gave lands FOREVER AND FOREVER
See Case Precedence Posts because no one can take away your Alodio/Alodial lands.
In 1929, the aliens, former Judge Bailey of the land court changed the two types of deeds to one:
(1) alodio - forever lands to kanaka maoli
(2) fee simple - life interest/30 years max to aliens....who could never own alodio lands.
Bailey used "alodio in fee simple" which merged the two types of deeds into one which is why many people were "indoctrinated"
into believing that only fee simple existed...……… Fraud or criminal conversion, etc.
"Morphed" to Native Hawaiians...…..let's look at the period RICE VS. CAYETANO Case in 1996:
Rice v. Cayetano, 528 U.S. 495 (2000), was a case filed in 1996 by Big Island rancher Harold "Freddy" Rice against the state of Hawaii and argued before the United States Supreme Court. Oct 29 2018

After the District Court rejected the latter challenge, see Rice v. Cayetano, 941 F. A summary and case brief of Rice v. Cayetano, 528 U.S. 495 (2000), including the facts, issue, rule of law, holding and reasoning, key terms, and concurrences and dissents.
SUMMARY
Manipulation of the terms intended to cause confusion has occurred with the intent to defraud our people.
In 1848 through 1893 our people were known and defined as kanaka maoli or part.
See the census records.
1996 - RICE VS. CAYETANO CASE shows that the assumption of people/aliens included born in Hawaii were called Native Hawaiians. Notice that it was the intent to disenfranchise kanaka maoli who were defined over time as Native Hawaiians by the intruders/occupiers, and by the courts gave the title to all born in the Hawaiian Islands.
Know that it was the workings of the legal eagles who caused the defrauding of our people over time, as discovered in research.
The kool part is that the aliens/foreigners/occupiers cannot use our terminology "kanaka maoli" or "part kanaka maoli".
So, the word "morphed" applies to those who don't quite understand the history of the event which affects the "labeling" or "deliberate erroneous labeling" applied to our people.
Those persons thinking American and calling themselves Native Hawaiians are living a label applied by the Americans who wish to box our people into categories like the American Indians.
Hope you can pass this on to our people because the Americans are NOT entitled to our land benefits provided by Kamehameha III - Kauikeaouli from the time of the Mahele which is a sharing....because he didn't have to give away his lands but locked everything in to include the people that he loved...and he was a Makaula, a seer, like his Dad Kamehameha.
Well hope that helps.....Hope all is well...….till next time...….
aloha.
