A PICTURE STORY OF THE HAWAIIAN KINGDOM

The Hawaiian Kingdom /Kingdom of Hawaii/Ko Hawaii Pae Aina became recognized in 1810 as a Monarchy government when Kamehameha I was King. He wrote the first laws.
He died in 1819 and was succeeded by his son Liholiho who became Kamehameha II.
Kamehameha II - Liholiho became King, went to Great Britain to learn more about a Monarchy government. He got the flu which was gotten by flu infested blankets and died in 1824.
Kauikeaouli the younger brother of Liholiho - Kamehameha II became Kamehameha III.
He was able to get recognition as a nation in 1843 and became equal to other nations such as Great Britain, France, Belgium, and the United States.
Hawaiian Kingdom Recognized as a Nation
Kamehameha III - Kauikeaouli Gave Alodio/forever lands to kanaka maoli and Fee Simple - 30 years, less than alodio titles to Aliens - non kanaka maoli. Also, Kamehameha III - Kauikeaouli ratified the 1850 Treaty with the United States - it was a permanent treaty of friendship and amity treaty which was signed under his name and his heirs, and successors (not the people or alien identity thieves.)
Kamehameha III - Kauikeaouli deeds for the Crown lands were private properties belonging to himself, his heirs and successors, forever. The Government lands were for the House of Nobles to oversee and the Minister of Interior was to assign kanaka maoli.
Kamehameha III - Kauikeaouli documented disabilities for the U.S., Great Britain and they could not own lands in the Hawaiian Islands.
The Hawaiian Government documented explanation in the HAWAIIAN REPORTS, Rex vs. Booth case showing 3 parts government (1) Sovereign - permanent part for his heirs, and successors; (2) House of Nobles - permanent part for their heirs, and successors; and (3) House of Representatives - temporary, voted in positions.
His widow Kalama /Queen Kalama gave her dower interest to Kamehameha IV - Alexander Liholiho.
Kamehameha III - Kauikeaouli died in 1854 and his successor was his hanai/adopted son Alexander Liholiho who became Kamehameha IV, and died in 1863.

His widow Emma/Queen Emma gave her Dower interest to the Hawaiian Government.
Alien Judge Alfred Hartwell's opinion was that the Crown lands were inalienable. Note: Hartwell was an American agent on assignment to defraud the Royal Families, etc.
Kamehameha V - Lot Kamehameha succeeded his younger brother Kamehameha IV in 1863.

It was Kamehameha V - Lot who gave Alien Hartwell the Judge position as soon as he stepped off the boat from the United States. Hartwell failed to follow the rule of law set in place by Kamehameha III - Kauikeaouli who conveyed the Crown Lands to himself, his heirs, and successors, forever.
Kamehameha V died in 1872 and his successor was his stepbrother William Charles Lunalilo.
Note: they were stepbrothers because Pauahi was the mother of Ruth Keelikolani. Pauahi was a wife of Kamehameha IV and V's father Mataio Kekuanaoa. Pauahi had been married to Kamehameha II - Liholiho. The mother of William Charles Lunalilo who had been married to both Kamehameha and Kamehameha II - Liholiho was a stepmother of both Kamehameha IV and V. She, Kekauluohi/Auhea being their stepmother was the true mother of King Lunalilo.
King Lunalilo died in 1874. An election took place and a Royal School student named David Kalakaua was voted in as King David Kalakaua.

King David Kalakaua was part of the Kamehameha Dynasty with all the preceding Kings because his mother Keohokalole was a member of the House of Nobles. She was a hanai/adopted mother of one of the Kamehameha's named Nahuina who descended from Kamehameha's oldest son Kaoleioku.
King Kalakaua died in 1891 and was succeeded by his full sister Lydia Kaeha/Kamakaeha Liliuokalani who became Queen Liliuokalani.
Queen Liliuokalani was usurped by conspirators, treasonous persons in 1893 who were aided by the United States. Plans to annex Hawaii to the United States had been made since the time of the Missionaries/ mercenaries in Hawaii, and by U.S. President Tyler since the 1840's, etc.

SUMMARY
The Hawaiian Government went underground.
Under U.S. President McKinley, he had the Army, Navy, and Federal personnel help "develop" a territory of the United States disregarding U.S. President Cleveland's authority.

Hawaiian Kingdom Facts: The Truth About the State, a Territory set up under the American Empire...
as you may know...the U.S. became two (2) nations in 1898 due to U.S. President McKinley's move to develop a Territory...he enlisted the Army, Navy, and Federal personnel to help.... the U.S. became two nations according to case law PEACOCK vs. Republic of Hawaii, which means that the Hawaiian Kingdom was disregarded as a nation and a new entity was created which became the territory of the American Empire...now they added territories which include parts of the Hawaiian archipelago...namely, Cornwallis Island, Stewart Island, Palmyra Island... we operate as the Hawaiian Kingdom and see the 'developed' territory as the second group which became lesser than a nation, a territory which was included in the Puerto Rico, etc. group. Another example is France which has Tahiti as a territory...we do not interact with Tahiti but France - a nation.....
