The Boy Scouts of America Aloha Council owns the property located at 42 Puiwa Road,
Honolulu, Hawaii. The certificate of title is attached. You entered their property on May 19,
2017. You fraudulently demanded payment from the Council and threatened to evict them.
You are warned your presence is no longer desired on the property for a period of one
year from the date of this letter. The violation of the warning will subject you to arrest and
criminally trespassing pursuant Haw. Rev. Stat.§ 708-814(1)(b). Criminal trespass in the second
degree is a petty misdemeanor.

The Attorney Jeffrey S. Harris did threaten our Royal Family members which is a crime.
The land owners have the paramount title and immediate right of possession.
Also, as documented in the HAWAIIAN REPORTS, 1857 Jona Piikoi et. als. vs. Jona Kapena case, page 15: "A BARE possession, without title, may enable the plaintiff to maintain his action, as against a mere stranger or wrong-doer, but is not sufficient as against the Government purchaser of the land, who has acquired tht general property, which draws to it the possession."
There are other documented cases coming out of the books of the Kingdom of Hawaii.
Attorney Jeffrey S. Harris claimed title is a fraud.
The facts are:
1) We are members of the Royal Families, descendants/heirs of Kamehameha et. als.
2) We are descendants/heirs of Kaaa.
3) We are the Konohiki of the Ahupuaa which includes the lands of Nuuanu.
4) We are part of House of Nobles from the Kingdom of Hawaii.
5) Queen Liliuokalani was given back Hawaii by U.S. President Grover Cleveland in 1897.
6) U.S. President McKinley 'proclaimed Hawaii to be a territory of the United States' with the assistance of the Army, Navy and Federal officials who helped to develop the territory'.
7) The Attorney General claimed that the territory was the "successor of the Kingdom of Hawaii".....heirs and successors are the families of Kamehameha/ the Royal Families. Reference: Pa Pelekane Case (1912), HAWAIIAN REPORTS, Supreme Court Law Library, etc.
8) The entity Territory and turned State of Hawaii are documented Identity Thieves.
9) Opposition to Annexation documented by Queen Liliuokalani, and her subjects - 21,000 signatures found.

14) Article XIV of the 1849/1850 Treaty allows the Judicial Tribunal to document pirates, pillagers, etc. and the two (2) above persons
are on the pending list of the already listed 859 persons recorded.
15) The rights of the konohiki is also allowed and the Boy Scouts group listed above are legally trespassers and now legally evicted.
16) As the Acting Liaison of Foreign Affairs, all family members and attaches have immunities under International Law/Law of Nations
