Iokepa/Iosepa/Joseph JC Madela passed away on Friday, April 28, 2017. Before he left us on the ambulance, he wrote on our attendance roster "Kiopa'aulakeika'u'e Kioiokiokola'e Okaneoliolki or Okaneolioi" ....does anyone know what those words mean? ....

he was near convulsions, tremors, shaking, and asked for chocolate yogurt from Costco's....Lopaka paid for everyone's dessert....Iokepa finished half when the ambulance and firetruck arrived.

All who knew him, please contact Kalani or Lopaka/Keawe twins for information.

He left us too soon, only 51. He spoke Hawaiian, raised at Kualoa, Oahu, loved Hawaii and was one of our Assistant konohiki. He was a loyal friend to many. May he rest in peace. Aloha Iokepa.
