Aloha kakahiaka lahui Hawai'i, today i have court this morning at 10 at Ewa district.not too prepared cause my leagal defence had to withdraw from representing me cause their family has been treatend by the fake state. Now i have to try and defend my self with a justice memo and a blog that the State of Hawaii is a private corporation that pretends to be a state. Allot of decite and fraud in the courts as well as the illegal occupier tries to fool everyone just to make profits. Praying Akua will shed light on this darkness and protect us in light. If you can come down to kakou with me, i would be humbly thankful. If you cannot please pule for this day and a successful outcome. Mahalo everyone fpr your thoughts and pule.

Keli P. Akina It was traffic court. It was changed to June 26. Need a breif done. Hopefully i can get one together. I have another court on Wednesday. I will move it forward to june as well.

Maija A. Ka'upenamana The court doesn't have to consider what you believe. You were lucky that the court initially entertained your argument and gave you that opportunity. That's not necessarily going to happen in every court. It depends on how busy the court is and the judge and his/her level of patience.

    Bill Pavloff It's likely a practice run to see how a devaluation bankruptcy would effect the US. The gop have been saying the national can never be repaid so they have likely planned a devaluation/hyper-inflation event for the US to allow the debt to be paid in pennies on the dollar.

    Since  2006 Ko Hawai'i Pae Aina farthest Marine Pu'uhonua Papahanaumokualea has been raped by Federal Licensed Commercial Fisheries.

    In 2016, the 600,000 square nautical miles is not in preservation of the Fishing Industry of the Hawaiian Nation Ko Hawaii Pae Aina but to preserve the International Fishing Permits under the Department of Interior.                                                                                 
                            
    What is the boundary of the Department of Interior? Timothy Hurley wrote a electrifying revelation in May 06, 2017 Star Advertiser tiled "Marine Monument Up For Review" which should have been titled "Marine Monument Up For Creed"?    

    The Federal application of Papahanaumokuakea is no different than the Overthrow of the Hawaiian Kingdom in 1893 or that of Oahu' s RAIL of today!

    On May 07, 2016, I urged the caring public of all walks to view the replay of Mililani Trask and Healani Sonoda-Pale "First Friday" that was presented. Then, this past May 05 Mililani had Keli'i Makekau s guest on First Friday as they "cooked" OHA.     There is a Federal Native Hawaiian segment that is "cancerous" to the  Kanaka Maoli  Some of them are even related to their victims.

    The "Roll Commission" is not a Kanaka Maoli term or that of Act 195 (Kana'iolowalu) It is at least a Federal Recognition Term of 1975 even several years before the Office of Hawaiian Affairs was enacted by the Fake State-Of in 1978!

    Due to Restrictive Federal Regulations the people of Hawai'i no longer have to "right" to 'Fresh Fish" for that right is now a "privilege" under the control of "USA".

    It seems since 2006 Marine Life within the boundaries of Papahanaumoku akea has become limited if not reproductive.Increasing the boundaries as administratively added by the U. S. Department of Interior (DOI) does nothing but increase demand for the highest dollar outside of the shores of Ko Hawai'i Pae Aina. This new boundary is greater than the entire State of Texas.

    Even the Hawaiian Monk Seal knows what is going on. Why do you think they have taken up permanent residence to all occupied Hawaiian Islands? They are not here to enjoy the sun. Try ask um?

    I believe in late 1975 or early 1976 U.S. Federal Legislation created a Faction of U. S. Federal Recognition of alleged 30,000 "Roll Commission" members of U. S. Federal "Native Hawaiian". And that due to this, the Office of Hawaiian Affairs had to be created for control!

    While this U. S. Federal Recognition allocated Federal Funding, it  ordained in "Section 2, Part (C) , all claims against the United States, the State of Hawaii, and all other persons, that are based on acts of agents, agencies, or instrumentalities of the United States which contributed to the overthrow of the government of the Kingdom of Hawaii and enabled the United States to establish dominion and domain over the people and lands of Hawaii, including all claims of aboriginal right, title, use, or occupancy of land or water areas in Hawaii, or that are based on any statute or treaty of the United States relating to annexation of Hawaii by the United States, or that are based on the laws of any other nation, including any such claims that are pending before any Federal or State tribunal, are hereby extinguished".  

    EXTINGUISHED! PAU!

    Sovereignty is not based upon Constitutions or Regulations. Sovereignty is based upon the Aina. No Aina, No Ola!
