 Kingdom of Hawaii and Royal Families Legal Notice No. 2017-0525 Seven -  7 Day Notice of Rents Due posted by Amelia Gora, Acting Liaison of Foreign Affairs, House of Nobles member, Judicial Tribunal member/Judge, Konohiki, Hawaiian Genealogical Society, Royal Family Member, Royal person, one of the True Trustees of Liliuokalani/Queen Liliuokalani through her true Trustee Kaaumoana/Kahakuahaa​koi, one of the descendants/heirs of Kalola - next of kin to Bernice Pauahi her sister,  one of the descendants/heirs of Abigail Maikai/A. Hanawai/A. Kahanawai/A. Kahanawai Kaaha/ Kapooloku/Kapoolohu /Kapapoko/Poomaikelani/Princess Poomaikelani another sister, one of the descendants/heirs of Keawe/David Keawe/ David Pauahi, and Opunui - Pauahi's/Bernice Pauahi's sons/stepsons/hanai/adopted son

Greetings,
This is a seven-7- day rent notice based on Alodio/Allodial lands, Paramount/Superior Titles belonging to our families. 

The rent is $500,000 per month for the following properties currently utilized by the Bureau of Conveyances/ State of Hawaii.

Back rents are also due.

Under the most favored nations status, a seven day notice is sufficient notice for rents due.

The lands are documented below:

1)  LCA 280  A. Kahanawai / Kaaha no A. Kahanawai

2)  LCA639  Hinau

3)  LCA119  A. Paki

Discussion:

1)  A. Kahanawai is on title.  She married several times.

       a) first husband Kuluwailehua/Kuluailehua - child
       b)  second husband Kahanawai/Kahanawai Kaaha - stepchildren
       c)  third husband JWE Maikai - child
       d)  fourth husband Ioba/Ioba Kaiokaili - children
       e)  fifth husband Ioela - daughter Haili/Kaili/Kalama, siblings
       f)  sixth husband Kai /Kekai- stepchildren
       g)  seventh husband Mana - children and stepchildren

Haili/Kaili/Kalama married Kaluakini and had Elikapeka Kaimiola Kaluakini
Elikapeka Kaimiola Kaluakini married Joseph Gora and had John Gora, siblings.
John Gora married Mary Castro and had Amelia Gora, siblings.


2)  Hinau is on title.  He married several times.

      His sons/nephews were A. Paki/Abner Paki and his brother Kalaniulumoku.
      Kalaniulumoku married and had Kalola, siblings.
      Kalola married S. Luluhiwalani and had Kahekili/Alapai Kahekili /A.K. Luluhiwalani, and hanai/
      adopted daughter A. Kahanawai/Kuluwailehua/Maikai/Kaiokaili/Ioela/Kai/Kekai/Mana
       Kahekili/Alapai Kahekili /A.K. Luluhiwalani married Kahananui/Hananui (w) and had Ioela.
     Ioela married A. Kahanawai/Kuluwailehua/Maikai/Kaiokaili/Ioela/Kai/Kekai/Mana and had Haili/ Kaili/
     Kalama who married Kaluakini and had Elikapeka Kaimiola Kaluakini
Elikapeka Kaimiola Kaluakini married Joseph Gora and had John Gora, siblings.
John Gora married Mary Castro and had Amelia Gora, siblings.


3)  A. Paki is on title.  He married several times.

     a) first wife:  Konia and had daughter Bernice Pauahi (who married several including CR Bishop).
     b)  second wife:  Kaikainalii who was the widow of his brother named Kalaniulumoku.
     Kalaniulumoku had several children including Kalola (who was documented as the next of kin to Bernice Pauahi Bishop).

 Kalola married S. Luluhiwalani and had Kahekili/Alapai Kahekili /A.K. Luluhiwalani, and hanai/
      adopted daughter A. Kahanawai/Kuluwailehua/Maikai/Kaiokaili/Ioela/Kai/Kekai/Mana
       Kahekili/Alapai Kahekili /A.K. Luluhiwalani married Kahananui/Hananui (w) and had Ioela.
     Ioela married A. Kahanawai/Kuluwailehua/Maikai/Kaiokaili/Ioela/Kai/Kekai/Mana and had Haili/ Kaili/
     Kalama who married Kaluakini and had Elikapeka Kaimiola Kaluakini
Elikapeka Kaimiola Kaluakini married Joseph Gora and had John Gora, siblings.
John Gora married Mary Castro and had Amelia Gora, siblings.

The bank that will be handling our rents for now is the Hawaiian Telephone Federal Credit Union.

The bank personnel stated that it is sufficient to deposit under my name "Amelia Gora".

We have Trustees in place who will be overseeing the rents for our Royal Families.
We have the prima facie evidence of ownership.
