This is to inform you that I, Amelia Gora, am one of the Representatives of our Royal Families.
Our families hold the paramount titles, the superior titles to the lands that your building is on.
The Kamehameha Schools/Bernice Pauahi Bishop Estates Trustees are not the owners.
Abner Paki was married twice, first to Konia, then to Kaikaina/Kaikainalii who was the widow of his brother Kalani/Kalaniulumoku.
Abner Paki had the following children, stepchildren:

A Fraud Trust was created by her usurpers/conspirators in 1909.
I am one of the alodio/allodial title owners and as a Family Representative, a Royal person, House of Nobles member, Acting Liaison of Foreign Affairs Representative, etc., I am sending you the billing for the use of our Private Properties located at 1040 Richards Street for the amount of $500,000 rent per month starting June 1, 2018, and retroactive rents going back to the 1900 date.
Your option is to obtain your monies back from the person/entities who sold our Royal Families lands.
Failure to pay rent in 30 days will result in an immediate eviction.

Background
The Hawaiian Kingdom/Kingdom of Hawaii is a Constitutional Monarchy government which is Not the same as the American government based on Democratic and Republican setup.
The illegal dethronement of Queen Liliuokalani was based on conspiracy, premeditation, piracy/piracies, pillaging, racketeering, etc.
Our land system is an alodio system and fee simple was allowed to Aliens or others who were not kanaka maoli/kanaka Hawaii maoli.
This is to inform you that the Alodio land owners exist and many have been sold lands by non-land owners including the following Trusts, entities:

The Royal Families exist and have the Superior, Paramount titles. We have the alodio titles to our Royal Families including Abner Paki our ancestor.
It is advised that you file to get your monies back by filing at the Title Companies who claim to have clear titles, etc. or get your monies back by filing at the entities who claimed to own the lands that you're sitting on.
Landlord Liens are now in place, according to rule of law.
Also in 1996 an Affidavit/Lien No. 96-177455 was filed on 12/17/96 with 281 pages showing who the Crown Land owners are, Genealogies, Premeditation to take over the Hawaiian Islands etc. at the Bureau of Conveyances, Honolulu, Oahu, Hawaii.
The Royal Families are the descendants/heirs of Kamehameha, the Sovereigns descendants/heirs.
The Royal Families are also the descendants/heirs of the House of Nobles - the original members.
We are private property owners and heirs and successors of the Royal Families.
The Royal Families are not subject to the laws.

An abundant amount of fraud, deceit, piracy, pillaging has occurred and found in intensive research for the past 40+ years.
Aliens could only have fee simple or 30 years time limit, freehold, less than alodio.
The Royal Families are the majority landowners in the Hawaiian Islands with documents.
The criminal estates are non-owners, non-alodio owners because they are not related to our Royal Families and have caused injuries over time.

This is a seven (7) day notice to pay or vacate our properties. The date due is July 5, 2018.
Failure to pay may also result in having the building renovated, removed at your expense, etc. according to the laws of Kamehameha III - Kauikeaouli, etc.
It is our intention to utilize great great great great great grandfather's multiple properties.

The Hawaiian Telephone Credit Union is the place of preference. The account is under my name, Amelia Gora and there are other Royal Family members authorized on the account as well.
