The foundation of their (example: Dole Corporation/ James Dole, etc.) claims are on the deceased status............without the claims of the deceased.........the current claimants/.they have nothing, own nothing, etc.
Royal persons are not subject to the laws..........
Now how do you suppose the people riding on the claims of the dead have right to the dead when the dead never have alodio titles to begin with..... their claims to the properties are based on Fee Simple or only 30 years...........which means those perpetuating the claims are actually squatters, trespassers upon land claims that they do not own.
Can we not charge the dead for wrongs that they have done when in actuality the Hawaiian Kingdom forgave a dead man named Gerritt Parmele Judd for the missing monies stolen from the Hawaiian Kingdom............
Maybe forgiving the dead's wrongs based on the perspective of the Hawaiian Kingdom would also mean that we could basically strip them of any rights to the lands.... and it would come out with the same result because the squatters sitting, claiming, paying taxes for lands that they are on would still be the same........
The application of the 1849/1850 Treaty Article XIV - which shows that we can prosecute the pirates, pillagers, thieves, and have those who are "identity thieving" the dead can be prosecuted.
So, Royal persons own the alodio lands that the squatters are claiming.
Following the rule of law..........they don't own a damn inch of land.......they are claiming to be corporations who use the parties names such as DOLE, etc.
They are Aliens, identified as persons who cannot own Alodio titles.
Thanks for posting because the above shows more ways which shows why those who did wrong and their successors cannot be successful in a Monarchy/ Constitutional Monarchy government because our Rule of Laws are applied.
