Government Land Records of our Families and kanaka maoli are now being maintained by our Hawaiian Kingdom Records Branch.
Copies are made at the Archives, Bureau of Conveyances, etc. and certified by our Hawaiian Kingdom Records Branch clerks assigned, stamped, and recorded effective immediately.
We await all of the Hawaiian Kingdom records to be transferred to our Royal Families.
Private properties of our Royal Families
The Bureau of Conveyances building is on our great great grandmother's property. Her name was Abigail Kapooloku who was married to Hiram Kahanawai, and others including my great great grandfather named Ioela, the son of Kahekili/A. Kahekili Luluhiwalani who was the son of Kalola and Luluhiwalani/Kaluluhiwalani, a son of Keoua, the brother of Kalanimoku who helped to take care of Kamehameha II - Liholiho, Kamehameha III - Kauikeaouli, and Nahienaena.
Kalola (female) was the stepsister of Bernice Pauahi Bishop and Liliuokalani/Queen Liliuokalani aka's.
Kalola (female) was the next-of-kin documented in the Probate of Bernice Pauahi Bishop.
Kalola (female) was the daughter of Kalaniulumoku who was the son of Kalanihelemaiiluna, one of the sons of Kamehameha I documented in First Circuit Court Probate #365 - Hooleia - she was a daughter of Kuakamauna, the son of Peapea who was another son of Kamehameha I.
Kalola (female) mother Kaikainaalii married Abner Paki after her husband died in 1838. She became the sister of the real Bernice Pauahi and Liliuokalani/Queen Liliuokalani. There are other siblings also.
Abner Paki was married to Kaikainalii for 17 years. Abner Paki was also married to Konia who was also a Kamehameha I descendant.
Abner Paki became the land owner after his brother Kalaniulumoku died. The land includes the property fronting the Bureau of Conveyances, which is one of the private properties of our Royal Families/our family.
Kalola (female) and her husband adopted/hanai Abigail Kapooloku/Kapoolohu/
Note: Charles Reed Bishop husband of Bernice Pauahi had only a life interest in Bernice Pauahi Bishop's Estate. Although he transferred his life interest to his trustees in Liber 142 page 142, that interest terminated on June 7, 1915.
The point is that the entity State of Hawaii has built on our Royal Families properties, our Hawaiian Records are stored in the building sitting on our private properties.
I am asking for the keys so that we can have access to our Hawaiian Kingdom books.
Rents for our properties were sent and the Attorney General, et. als. have failed to comply and are in a squatters status on private properties of our lands.
Please inform Governor Ige to release the keys so that we can access the building, etc.
Alternatively, the removal of the entire building so that we can build to house our land records is also possible.
Prisoners
Information/complaints received that there are Royal persons imprisoned by the State of Hawaii.
We seek the review of all kanaka maoli prisoners and move to release them immediately, enter them into rehab, etc.
We have personnel ready to review all cases.
Summary
I have written letters to U.S. Presidents Clinton, George W. Bush, Barrack Obama in the past, and have asked for our records/ the Hawaiian Kingdom records.
Recently, I have also asked you for our Hawaiian Kingdom records as well.
We appreciate your assistance in these important matters.
Thanking you in advance for our Hawaiian Kingdom records, the review of our Royal Family members/kanaka maoli who may have been wrongfully arrested and are currently held by the State of Hawaii or some prison which the State of Hawaii use outside of the Hawaiian Islands.
