Did King David Kalakaua have the authority to make a Treaty over Lands that was Not His?

Based on the fact that only Grace Kamaikui's Families and Mataio Kekuanaoa's Families owned the Halawa Ahupuaa...………..what does that make King David Kalakaua?

What does it mean since an alien government pushed their way into the islands and failed to listen to Kamehameha III - Kauikeaouli's laws that there are disabilities in the Hawaiian Islands and that the United States and Great Britain had disabilities and could Not own land in the Hawaiian Islands.....

What does it mean that even the international lawyer Dr. Alfred DeZayas shows that there indeed was a fraud annexation and the military is occupying our Hawaiian Islands?

What does it mean when the former Head of the University of Hawaii at Manoa Professor Williamson Chang researches shows that it's impossible for a nation to annex another recognized, independent nation?

What does it mean when the 1849/1850 Treaty of the Hawaiian Kingdom and the United States is a contractual agreement between two nations maintaining a permanent friendship and amity treaty which is locked into Article 6 of the U.S. Constitution?

It means dear people...……..that the Treaty of 1876 by King David Kalakaua is a sham, and not legal.

Legal ramifications...……….Did other countries also get wrongfully plundered, pillaged, pirated since the criminal treaty signed by King David Kalakaua who had no interest in the Halawa Ahupuaa which includes Pearl Harbor?
