Out of the Archives - Honolulu: U.S. Was a Protectorate over Hawaii (which means there are legal issues about our lands on the international level, etc.) and There was a Last Treaty made with U.S. President Grover Cleveland...but Where is it?

The U.S. was a Protectorate over Hawaii, and they are not allowed to take lands, etc. Also, there is evidence that a Treaty between Grover Cleveland and Queen Liliuokalani existed...….so, where is it? We plan to visit the Archives on Tuesday....will be asking for the important information too...….hmmmm…..

WHERE IS THE "last treaty made by Grover Cleveland with ex-Queen Liliuokalani" found by Territory Employee Mr. Lydecker?
Note to Researchers: I asked about this treaty at the Archives - Honolulu and was told there is no such thing......WTH?
