Kamehameha Schools Bishop Estates/Bernice Pauahi Bishop Estates/KSBE were rendered landless, etc. and are NOT the landowners...they are pirates, pillagers, frauds, genocide activists, etc. if you notice, they are the ones who started selling lands to the Territory of Hawaii, the United States, etc..... they were stripped of all claims to lands by the Hawaiian Kingdom Supreme Court of the original jurisdiction and placed on the Judicial Tribunal applicable to Article XIV of the 1850 Treaty of the Hawaiian Kingdom and the United States....and why? because the parties to the treaty is only in the names of Kamehameha III - Kauikeaouli's heirs and successors which does not include all kanaka maoli, and is not the identity thieves entity created as the Territory of Hawaii turned State... in other words, the KSBE have been rendered landless legally.
