Princess Poomaikelani was also known as Kapooloku/Kapoolohu/Abigaila/Kapapoko/Poomaikelani/Princess Poomaikelani.

She was the full sister of Kapiolani/Queen Kapiolani, Princess Kinoiki, and Kapali.

She was the hanai/adopted daughter of Kalola (w) the next-of-kin to Bernice Pauahi Bishop.

She was married to Kuluwailehua/Samuel Kuluwailehua; J.W.E. Maikai; Hiram Kahanawai Kaaha; Ioba; Ioela; Kai/ Kekai, and Mana.

She had several children including Haili (w) who married Kaluakini the hanai/adopted father of her sister Kapiolani/ Queen Kapiolani.

Haili's (w) daughter was Elikapeka Kaluakini (siblings) who married Joseph Gora and had John (siblings).

John Gora married Mary Castro and had Amelia Gora (siblings).

Note: Her sister Kapiolani/Queen Kapiolani was her heir.

Queen Kapiolani gave a deed to the Princes Kawananakoa and Kuhio and instructed them to file it After she died. They failed to listen to her instructions and filed it immediately. She took them to court, the usurper's court, and opposed their filing.

The usurper's court denied her and allowed the fraud to continue.

Princess Poomaikelani's, Queen Kapiolani's interest were assumed by the Kawananakoa and Kuhio who claimed that Princess Poomaikelani was their mother....which was a Fraud.

Non Kamehameha descendants/The Kawananakoa's and Kuhio defrauded their own families, their cousins who descended from Princess Poomaikelani, and instead claimed lands belonging to the direct descendants who were Kamehameha's descendants.

Princess Poomaikelani's daughter Haili married to Kaluakini was in Kalaupapa, Molokai, the leper colony. Haili had gone as a Kokua/helper to her husband. They had left their children with Kaluakini's family.

Haili and husband Kaluakini who was also the hanai father/adopted father of Kapiolani/Queen Kapiolani, had transferred their interest to their children including Elikapeka Kaluakini. All four (4) persons on the adoption deed signed their interest to the children of Haili and husband Kaluakini.

Research shows that Prince Kuhio and Kawananakoa assisted the usurpers in dethroning Queen Liliuokalani and were treasonous persons.

Queen Kapiolani had opposed the Princes Kuhio and Kawananakoa and legally stripped them from any lands.

Because there was no annexation, the court of original jurisdiction remained in the Hawaiian Kingdom's Supreme Court, the court of the usurpers adjudication of their cases was and remains illegal.

Haili and Kaluakini's children were Kamehameha's descendants and the Princes Kuhio and Kawananakoa were not.

Royal persons are not subject to the laws and the usurper's court remains illegal to this day.

Kawananakoa received an out-of-court settlement to the claims of Queen Liliuokalani who was the hanai/adopted mother of Princess Poomaikelani. He received the Waikiki beach front property which was conveyed to him by non-owners, non-alodio land owners, which means he owned nothing then and today.

They were parties to the crimes, conspirators, treasonous persons, and identity thieves for claiming lands, monies, etc. for what belongs to their cousins descendants, the true descendants and heirs of Princess Poomaikelani.

This is part of the Fraud Claims made by conspirators, treasonous persons who planned the dethronement of Queen Liliuokalani in 1893 affecting other alii who were under stress, duress, usurpation, coercion, intimidation, etc. by conspirators, treasonous persons.
