Our Hawaiian Royal Families Land Owners continued the Oppositions to the use of Mauna Kea, Haleakala, Coco Palms, etc. because we are part of the legal land owners in the Hawaiian Islands.
Due to the frauds, conspiracies by the Bernice Pauahi Bishop Estates/KSBE, a racketeering, pirate entity who criminally assumed interests in the Hawaiian Islands claiming Bernice Pauahi Bishop being the last of Kamehameha's, information found in research shows that they are Not the landowners and have criminally conveyed properties that they have no rights to.
Another entity that criminally assumed properties was the Campbell Estates.
The Courts of the entity Provisional government, turned Republic, developed and proclaimed to be a Territory of the United States, then executive ordered to be a State with documented oppositions every step of the way, is Not legal in our Hawaiian Islands claiming to convey lands to aliens with intentions of harming our kanaka maoli/kanaka Hawaii maoli and other innocents.
The Doctrine of Political Question removes the right of the Courts viewed as foreign in our lands has no jurisdiction.
Research reveals that our families are Kamehameha's and Bernice Pauahi Bishop was certainly not the last of the Kamehameha's.

The fact of the matter is that Abner Paki, the father of Bernice Pauahi Bishop had also married his brother's wife named Kaikainalii. All of his brother's children became his. His brother's name was Kalaniulumoku. Kaikainalii also had hanai adopted daughter name Abigaila/Kapooloku/Kapoolohu/P

We are the families of Kamehameha III - Kauikeaouli who assigned the lands to be overseen by the House of Nobles, and our Minister of Interior of the Hawaiian Kingdom, Not a foreign entity who runs on claims of a fraud entity known as the Bernice Pauahi Bishop Estates/KSBE/Kamehameha Schools, etc.
We are the land owners, the proper parties in all matters pertaining to lands in the Hawaiian Islands and support all kanaka maoli/kanaka Hawaii maoli landowners with alodio titles.
We are the parties to the 1849/1850 permanent friendship treaty between Kamehameha III - Kauikeaouli and U.S. President Zachary Taylor. The treaty documented that only Kamehameha III - Kauikeaouli, his heirs and successors were parties from the Hawaiian Kingdom and U.S. Zachary Taylor....no one else.
Our government is made up of three (3) parts: Two parts are permanent - 1) Sovereign - his heirs and successors; and 2) House of Nobles - their heirs and successors; the last part was temporary, voted in: 3) House of Representatives - this is the part that moved towards dethroning our Queen Liliuokalani and who were supported by the U.S.

M. Kekauonohi - heir of her through sibling Nahuina whose mother was Akahi her stepmother, who was my great great great grandmother, etc.

The Supreme Court of the entity State of Hawaii is a reckless entity that fails to follow rule of law, true land owners evidence, and cannot proceed in matters of a separate nation and another nation = nation to nation without the say of the court which must adhere to the rule of law covered in the U.S. Constitution, article 6:
