Under the "proclamation" of President McKinley the Territory was formed, identity theft occurred and continues today.....the Judges and courts were directed to operate under administrative laws and operate under fraud. The point is that the Kingdom of Hawaii exists whether anyone likes it or not....injuries to our people have occurred, lies, piracies, fraud, deceit, war crimes, genocide.....the State was created by Executive Order with documented oppositions every step of the way........ which means the State operates as a sham setup and they are Not the successors of the Kingdom of Hawaii as claimed in the 1912 Pa Pelekane case. Judges because they have signed an oath to the U.S. Constitution have to respect Treaties. Briefly, U.S. President Cleveland did wrong by claiming Samoa in 1880 when Samoa was already aligned to the Kingdom of Hawaii in 1840, and during the time of Kamehameha who formed the Pacific Empire before he died in 1819. Then U.S. President Harrison helped, conspired to overthrow the Kingdom of Hawaii and tried to Annex Hawaii. . U. S. President Cleveland became President after Harrison and tried to make good /corrections....Opposition to Annexation was made by Queen Liliuokalani and subjects who outnumbered the conspirators....Cleveland Gave Hawaii Back to Queen Liliuokalani before he left office and President McKinley then made a Proclamation to form a government over Hawaii and under his orders he created an administrative court system under his developed entity called the Territory....and then he was shot, died from gangrene shortly after.... if you look at the illegal issues about not being possible to annex a foreign nation - Williamson Chang's and Kilikina Kekumano's research you'll find that you can prosecute the Judge, etc. furthermore, she was already listed on the Judicial Tribunal according to Article XIV of the 1849/1850 Treaty of the Kingdom of Hawaii and the United States of America...... the newly contrived entity is only and entity of the United States and the American Empire which was documented in the 1899 Peacock vs. Republic of Hawaii court case found in the HAWAIIAN REPORTS..... all of this means that the Kingdom of Hawaii does indeed exist and we have the right to prosecute pirates, pillagers, etc. Read the IOLANI - the Royal Hawk for updates because there's a lot of legal issues....such as identity thieves cannot operate our government, etc. kanaka maoli needs to kukakuka and not the illegal OHA, etc. group but the Royal Families who exists whether anyone likes it or not. .....this was posted to Dawn K.
