Greg Ventura soap and water is a good way to get rid of them…

Or you could try planting other plants like onions and garlic next to your plant; the creatures hate the smell and tend to avoid areas with those plants

Leo Rosen You can often get rid of aphids by wiping or spraying the leaves of the plant with a mild solution of water and a few drops of dish washing detergent. Stir together 1 quart of water, 1 tsp of liquid dish soap, and a pinch of cayenne pepper. Do not dilute before spraying on plants.

Erik Campbell We would use Neem Oil for the garden at the Volcano Inn. Had good results and it's a pretty safe option for veggies from what I know.

Susan McGeachy Spray them with soapy water top and bottom of the leaves and take a little paper towel or small sponge and wipe off all the aphids you have and then give it a really good spray again with the soapy water and that should hold them off

Rachelle A. Watson 2 tbsp dish soap in a 1 gallon jug (shake up till foamy) spray plant down from the top down so aphids end up on the ground, pour foam on the plant from the top to the ground suffocating aphids.

John Tarson Wade Morales that's where the neme would come in... if you mix the two together the soap actually acts as an emulsifier for the neme and sticks it to the leaves... that is what will detour the bugs from coming back... The peppermint soap is like spray...See More

John Tarson Many years ago I owned and operated in organic lettuce farm on the big Island and we sold the product to many health food stores and markets around the island... i've been through the organic bug rodeo a bit😉

Wade Morales Awesome... so just to be clear first serve the plants with the water and soap to kill him and then spray it off. Then apply the neem oil?
Reply12 hrs
Manage
John Tarson If you just apply the soap and neme together and let it dry then you could spray off any bugs that are left...spray every other day
