Debra Koonohiokala Norenberg I wish I could go! But, I'm stateside for the time being. Can someone please ask Keanu Sai et al to provide evidence in support of his definition of the word Hawaiian which he says specifically and only means "aboriginal Hawaiian". He has not provided support for his definition yet and the consequences for his definition are too great for his definition to go unsupported. Mahalo!!!! *Please read the replies under this comment for clarity about this issue.

Debra Koonohiokala Norenberg Here's what Keanu Sai wrote which concerns me greatly because the implications, ramifications, and very consequences of his definition are far reaching and impact every law/act/precedence etc. ever written at the time. I quote him as follows from his website:

"Council member Ruggles came to learn that the Queen’s Hospital was formed as a corporation on June 20, 1859. Article One of the Hospital’s Charter provides for the establishment of a permanent hospital for the “treatment of indigent sick and disabled Hawaiians, as well as such foreigners and others who may choose to avail themselves of the same.” It was understood, at the time, that the term ‘Hawaiians’ meant aboriginal Hawaiians, both pure and part. Under the Charter, the Hawaiian Monarch served as President of a Board of Trustees comprised of ten persons to be appointed by the government and ten persons to be elected by corporation shareholders."

Debra Koonohiokala Norenberg Until Keanu Sai can support his definition of the term, Hawaiian, I can not and may not as an intelligent person, accept his unsupported definition as being true and correct simply because he has a PHD and access to a microphone. Furthermore, I was taught that at the height of the Kingdom in the distant past, the term "Hawaiian" referred to a person's Nationality, not their race. I accept I could possibly be wrong about this so I am willing to stand corrected if he can provide evidence to support his definition. Until then, I will respect and adhere to what I was taught about the definition of the word, "Hawaiian" at the height of the Kingdom era in the distant past.

Debra Koonohiokala Norenberg So, please, please, please somebody ask Keanu Sai nicely and with respect to provide the substantiation and the evidence necessary for his definition of the word, "Hawaiian" in order for his definition to be considered undeniably true and correct by a Court of Law/intelligent people.

Gene Tamashiro Debra Koonohiokala Norenberg Excellent Debra! Hawaiian is a nationality not a race. Kanaka maoli are the aboriginal native descendants. Your insight, awareness and assertion that terms....all "words and terms" need to be clarified....is spot on! MAHALO

Deldrene Herron I'll share but not going. Pupukea land, where Ms. B built her house, is Crown Lands stolen by Executive Order by the President of the United States post military coup and when the Sugar plantations shut down.

The Kingdom still exists and so does a
ll Mahele Allodial Land Patent Titles All Kuleanas/LCAs that were not sold or taken by Eminent Domain by the Crown prior to January 17, 1893, also, remain in tact.

Ever wonder whose land you're on? Do you know where your family's kuleana/LCA was on January 17, 1893? Do you know what the Masters and Slave Act of 1894 means? What were the laws and rules of owning a title to land in the kingdom?

Our people need land. We need it now. There were rules and laws in the Kingdom and taxes for different lands (except Crown and Allodium lands) which everyone had to abide by.

These issues are all about land ownership. Let's get the Monarchy and Government up and functioning through the International Red Cross and break off through a Peace Treaty with the United States and signed by every one who wants citizenship in our restored country. We already have a Constitution, Civil and Penal Code and all our government buildings, National Guard and commerce is in place.

Who owns the stolen land? There is no perfect title since occupation.

Deldrene Herron I do stand behind Jennifer Ruggless. She's doing the right thing as a fake State of Hawai'i official and representative of the United States of America and people of her district. We need more Americans to stand up and follow their laws and educate themselves. The Truth shall set us free.

Bronson Kalipi Please exclude me from all posting, my due diligence is prepping for subsistence so, when the Kingdom is fully functionable, we have enough food to feed generations of our people on the islands.

Upai Robinson Routhe and Clare came to visit Kihawahine's shrine. She had a lot of names I never recignize as the Keawe family. They were off names and she asked me what name do I recignize? I told her PuePue a name but could be Kahu not my granpa Kauikeaouli or Kiwalo or Kanihonui, or Kalanikauleleiaiwi, or even Kalaipahalanui. Not even Hanalaaiki, or Makua, Kalaninuiamaomao. When they left I went to my auhau, not in the line of Kalanikupuapaikalaninui Keoua, I let it go as I did not see NaWao or Meheiwa or Nuu. Then she return and now she call herself direct line of Kamehameha III. REALLY?? A kapu name belonging to GOD like my name, grndaughter of the Kings KI II III. Until this pilau is corrected, she puts the hawaiian Kingdom in pa i before the Spirit. We say we look for truth then we accept bullshit or as Ke Akua Io calls DUNG.
