I, Amelia Gora, one of the descendants of Kamehameha from four (4) of his children named: Kaoleioku, Kanekapolei (female), Kamehameha III - Kauikeaouli, and Kalanihelemaiiluna, and Representative of the Royal Families hereby inform you that rents of $50,000 per acre per month, additional rents for back rents from 1884 are due for all of the lands of:
Moses Kekuaiwa, Royal Patent 7834; Land Commission Number 7714B and Survey 294-144 located in Kapalama, Honolulu, Oahu containing 1,570.3 acres.
Background:
Our Royal Families are the Paramount, Superior Title owners of the Alodio lands conveyed to Moses Kekuaiwa.
Moses Kekuaiwa attended the Chiefs' Children's School 1839-1848.
Oral history shows that he was strangled to death by an employee(s) of the Royal School in 1848 outside of the Archives, Honolulu, Oahu, Hawaii.
Moses Kekuaiwa was the son of Mataio Kekuanaoa and Kinau (female) daughter of Kamehameha.
Moses Kekuaiwa had siblings: David Kamehameha, Victoria Kamamalu, Kamehameha IV - Alexander Liholiho and Kamehameha V - Lot Kamehameha.
Moses Kekuaiwa had stepsiblings: Paalua, Ruth Keelikolani, John Kapena, Sam Kapena and Umiokalani (female).
Moses Kekuaiwa's father Mataio Kekuanaoa had five (5) wives: Kauhi/Kalehua; Pauahi/Paeohi; Kinau; Kalolo/Kaloloahilani; and Kalima/ Kalimakuhi/Kamahine.
Moses Kekuaiwa was also a hanai/adopted son of Kaikioewa, Chief of Kauai, and Kuwahine who was formerly married to Kalanimoku.
Kuwahine died and Kaikioewa married Emilia Keaweamahi of Kauai.
Moses Kekuaiwa's heirs were his siblings, and his father Mataio Kekuanaoa. Mataio Kekuanaoa also became his daughter: Victoria Kamamalu's heir. Mataio Kekuanaoa's heir was Kamehameha V - Lot Kamehameha, and when he died his sister Ruth Keelikolani was claimed to be heir. Ruth Keelikolani's heir was claimed to be Bernice Pauahi Bishop.
Kamehameha I had son Kalanihelemaiiluna.
Kalanihelemaiiluna had two sons: Kalaniulumoku/Kaleiulumoku; and Paki/Abner Paki.
Kalaniulumoku/Kaleiulumoku had daughter Kalola (female) (siblings).
Kalaniulumoku/Kaleiulumoku died in 1838 and his last wife Kaikainalii became a wife of his brother Paki/Abner Paki.
Paki/Abner Paki was also married to Konia and had daughter named Bernice Pauahi and stepchildren: Kalola (female) (sibings).
Bernice Pauahi Bishop's next-of-kin was her cousin and stepsister named Kalola.
Kalola married Luluhiwalani and had son Kahekili/Alapai Kahekili Luluhiwalani and hanai/adopted daughter: Abigaila/Kapooloku aka's.
Kahekili/Alapai Kahekili Luluhiwalani married Kahananui and had son Ioela/Joela.
Ioela/Joela married Abigaila/Kapooloku aka's and had Haili (female).
(Abigaila/Kapooloku divorced Ioba/Joba who was married to her. Ioba/Joba declared that Abigaila/Kapooloku aka's was with another man.)
Haili (female) married Kaluakini and had Elikapeka Kaimiola Kaluakini (siblings).
Ellikapeka Kaimiola Kaluakini married Joseph Gora and had John Gora (siblings).
John Gora married Mary Castro and had Amelia Gora (siblings).
Kalola, the next-of-kin of Bernice Pauahi Bishop, was her cousin and sister.

Moses Kekuaiwa had an older brother named Paalua.
Paalua had Kaawa, Kauhi, Kekolohe/Kekolohe Kuapuu (female), Uiha/Kaluauiha (female), and Mahina (female).
Moses Kekuaiwa had stepsibling's named John Kapena, Sam Kapena, and Umiokalani (female).
Moses Kekuaiwa also had hanai siblings named: Haalilio, Haalelea, Kahuakaiola, and Kapehe (female).
I, Amelia Gora, and one of the heirs of Kekolohe/Kekolohe Kuapuu (female); descendant of John Kapena through his son Keawe and daughter Kekualoa aka's.
I, Amelia Gora, am also one of the descendants of his hanai sibling named Kapehe (female).
Note: Kalola (female) had siblings Kaluaikau and Alapai aka's, et. als.
A good part of the genealogies were included in the 281 page Affidavit/Lien No. 96-177455 filed at the Bureau of Conveyances, Honolulu, Oahu, Hawaii on 12/17/1996.
Conspiracies to defraud our Royal Families have been uncovered over time and the true alodio land owners exists including our Royal Families.

Rent Due
The rent due for Moses Kekuaiwa's, et. als. lands are $50,000 per acre retroactive back to 1884 when Bernice Pauahi died and was wrongfully claimed to be the "last of the Kamehameha's".
This is a seven (7) day notice of Rents due or due on October 18, 2018 - Thursday.
Other Pending Issues
I Love Country Café in the Kapalama Shopping Center will be signing a rental agreement with our Royal Families.
Please refrain from contacting the subject business because we are the true land owners of our Royal Families, including the Bernice Pauahi Bishop Estates aka's and deny that you have any right to collect, evict, etc. the persons connected to this business called I Love Country Café which sits on Moses Kekuaiwa's lands.
As Royal persons, we are not subject to the laws because we are part of the Hawaiian Government, known as the Hawaiian Kingdom.
As descendants and heirs of Kamehameha III - Kauikeaouli who did sign an ratify a treaty of Friendship and Amity in 1850 with U.S. President Zachary Taylor, the Treaty is a contractual agreement which also applies to the U.S. Constitution, Article VI:
"Article 6 - Debts, Supremacy, Oaths
All Debts contracted and Engagements entered into, before the Adoption of this Constitution, shall be as valid against the United States under this Constitution, as under the Confederation.
This Constitution, and the Laws of the United States which shall be made in Pursuance thereof; and all Treaties made, or which shall be made, under the Authority of the United States, shall be the supreme Law of the Land; and the Judges in every State shall be bound thereby, any Thing in the Constitution or Laws of any State to the Contrary notwithstanding.
The Senators and Representatives before mentioned, and the Members of the several State Legislatures, and all executive and judicial Officers, both of the United States and of the several States, shall be bound by Oath or Affirmation, to support this Constitution; but no religious Test shall ever be required as a Qualification to any Office or public Trust under the United States."
The issues above also fall under the Doctrine of Political Question.

We are also part of Queen Liliuokalani's families through two (2) of her six (6)+ hanai/adopted children named Kaaumoana/Kahakuhaakoi/Kahakuakoi/Kekualoa aka's and Abigaila/Kapooloku/Kapoolohu/Poomaikelani/ Princess Poomaikelani and maintain a neutral, friendly, non-violent, Constitutional Monarchy since the time of Kamehameha III - Kauikeaouli whose father found a Monarchy government in 1810.

Background
The Hawaiian Kingdom/Kingdom of Hawaii is a Constitutional Monarchy government which is Not the same as the American government based on Democratic and Republican setup.
