PUEO BILL TO DIE AT THE HANDS OF SENATORS GABBARD, ESPERO, AND RHOADS

Which OF THE THREE SENATORS scheduled to hear the bill is blocking SB570 from getting a hearing?
Answer: The lead referral to the measure states that it is up to Senator Mike Gabbard. Obviously, Sen. Gabbard is refusing to hear the bill- why is that?
If the measure were to be given a public hearing, would the truth be revealed in that hearing that little to no effort in these inventory processes is and has taken place- resulting in the pueo getting "cheated" out of its rightful habitat?
This bill is designed to "save the pueo and its friends" in the future on property over 100 acres in size that is slated for development; and would require the inventory process to look for endangered species during the EIS process to be increased from the current NO MINIMUM requisite, to a five-day mandated ordeal.
Example: UHWO- at the 500 acre campus, the inventory for pueo was exhausted after only a two-day walkthrough/drive-through of the property and only in the morning hours- on April 15 and Aril 18 of 2005. Meaning, if the pueo did not get seen during these few hours of looking, it was determined the pueo had no existence within the area and hence, the area given a green light to be slated for development.
One Minute Video of Pueo
FACT: As depicted in the video, the pueo never left this land at UHWO/Ho'opili/DHHL, and are still trying to hang-on there......we have the proof that the pueo are still there.....is this the real reason why Senators Gabbard, Espero, and Rhoads, of which the bill is referred to for a hearing, are BLOCKING IT in tandem?
Proof- the law states that a supplemental EIS is to be triggered after evidence that a new condition has been brought forward of an endangered specie now evident on the property after the EIS was concluded- such as the pueo being filmed within the HART corridor, UHWO, Ho'opili, and DHHL properties respectively. Yet, with all this evidence the pueo are here, not one elected official, both city and state, including DLNR, and the USFWS, is willing to give the pueo any standing.
Now you know.
I am a witness to the bat, pueo, Hawaiian Duck still utilizing the aforementioned properties....please, Senators, do the right thing, and end this travesty- give the bill a hearing!
