Americaʻs President Donald Trump is expected to withdraw from the Paris Climate Agreement, leaving a major break from international partners that would isolate the United States in global efforts to curb global warming.
Living in a global economy subscribing to the notion that it takes a village to raise a child extended to the larger view that we are all human beings you would think, Trump would be more sensitive to the reverberations his off the wall policies have on the rest of the world.
Polar icecaps are melting, tides are rising beyond normal to king recorded levels, increases in the number of cancerous melanoma events, rouge draughts and unpredictable weather patterns are a quantifiable result of something. Global Warming seems to be the suggestion but failure to act, to respond to the direct challenge at hand, is being blatantly ignored by The Donald.
The Donald plays out like heʻs competent in speaking to global economics, environmental science and global politics but his conduct on Twitter would categorically prove him incompetent. As a Hawaiian, you have to ask yourself if you want to be recognized by a US Presidential administration as assbackwards a The Donaldʻs. Hawaiians clearly should exercise our political voice as the indigenous people of Hawaii and make out own declaration relative to global warming.

Clifford Kapono Iʻd be in favor of reduced fossil fuel emissions by reducing oil dependency, increase the protective legislation on environmental green house hazardous effects, create an indices for trading environmental credit swaps for a leverageable cash position for starters.

Geoffrey Shaw The Paris Global Agreement is hardly the answer either, it makes it a numbers game when what is needed is the acknowledgement that us humans need to reassess how we exist here on Earth.
