Case Precedence: Kekiekie vs. Dennis, Kalama vs. Kekuanaoa, et. als. etc. HAWAIIAN REPORTS, Supreme Court Law Library/Archives/Main Library --- Point is that the Superior Titles are the Paramount Titles. Our lands are gifts from Kamehameha III - Kauikeaouli who said that the deeds given to our people are unlike any other land system....to his people he gave alodio/ allodial deeds and to aliens/foreigners they were given Fee Simple worth 30 years and less than alodio/allodial. The prima facie evidence are the Deeds given at the time of the Mahele, the Royal Patent, the Land Commission Award and the Survey Notes. It is also good to obtain the early map, and TMK or tax map key for your records. Best Wishes to all.

Hānaiakamalama
Hānaiakamalama was the summer home of Queen Emma. John Young II (Keoni Ana) bought it in 1850 and named the home “Hānaiakamalama” (after a favorite family homestead in Kawaihae.) Queen Emma inherited it from her uncle, John Young II, in 1857.
Later, the Water Works was looking to use the site for filter beds for the water system. The water works plan waned and thoughts of a park at the site were considered. Hānaiakamalama was saved from demolition by the Daughters of Hawaiʻi. Today, Hānaiakamalama is open to the public with docent-guided tours.

Victoria Love Chiovare If I order these plates and put them on my car, what do I do if I get a ticket? I understand about the private rights, but I will be using the illegal state roads, etc. Could I be put in jail if I don't pay and get a bench warrant for my arrest? I don't won't to spend any time in jail.

Victoria Love Chiovare Okay, I can carry paperwork, but what about the ticket. They will issue a ticket before current registration is shown on the regular license plate. Cops can pull you over for any reason they want.
