I got a court case today in Pearl City, I don't have any legal representation but will try to see if i can use some statutes. One is for No license and one for insurance. If anyone had cases like this let me know if you won your case and what statue you used.

Keli P. Akina I used the Alibi document but it says as if i wasn't the driver. If i wasn't how did i get the citation. So they dropped the no insurance charge but charged me with the no license carge with a $100 fine and 10 hours community svc. At least it's done ans maybe get a job out of it.

Kika Lomi Waialae You the human was not identified as the driver, your all caps assumed name was, but the all caps is a legal entity and cannot operate a car. There really is a lot of technicalities there and it can be answered by either the HK law or by playing the US law. In US law, a private sovereign human being has the right of travel under gods law and is exempt from needing a drivers license, car license plate on your private property or insurance. Those are needed for a commercial vehicle and driver that is paid for driving it. Of course, the US judicial system has no matter jurisdiction in the Hawaiian Kingdom and the Hawaiian Kingdom still exists in continuity today. It is the HK government that has been taken over illegally and the HK laws are still the laws of the land. Whenever entering the US courts you are doing so on your own free will. Whenever walking through the pearly gate in the courtroom you are agreeing to the contract of their fake laws. So, if we are under duress and donʻt want to be hassled, then perhaps the game we play is the US game until all this crap is taken care of legally through the UN and ICC system, or just deal with and play the best that we can in a twisted stacked judicial system and may the better player win. It is an individual decision and only each one individual can know the right path to be taken for themselves. I commend the pioneers, the warriors and I understand those that choose not to be in the fight for now...

Did some of you see the live video this afternoon with Robert Ebanez....where he blacked out and we almost got into a serious accident. Scary moment but he came to just in time. All from stress from Kalani Asam. Police will be looking for him tomorrow. He's going to jail tomorrow.
