Mr Greene ought to know by now that there is no way to win this. What's his best-case scenario, violently remove the people of the land, hope the people of Kauai let him forget that he did that, and pretend nothing ever happened? Riiight. Or sell to some unwitting entrepreneur a bum deal, pissed off island and all? Uh-huh.
I suggest a brilliant exit strategy. Hope he is smart enough to take it and run.
