*Note: The Nobles/House of Nobles were assigned to be the care takers of the Crown Lands, and Government Lands.
The 1/3 Part of the Kingdom of Hawaii is the House of Representatives which is a voted in body made up of subjects of the Kingdom of Hawaii.
It is this part of the Hawaiian Government which planned the usurpation of Queen Liliuokalani in 1893.
This is why they were neither de jure nor de facto and documented so by Queen Liliuokalani as an entity.
For by themselves, they were not a government, just a 1/3 part who planned, premeditated, conspired, committed treason with the assistance of the United States, et. als. who were bankrupt during the period.
This part is expected to reconvene utilizing the kue Petitions descendants, et. als..
Aloha.
