I have rented bottom of my house for 20 years with very few problems but now I have the tenant from hell! He swore at me for an hour, wished me dead, crazy talk. Police said nothing they can do.... very frightening! Help!

Lauralee Baoy I don't understand why they can't do anything? Stay safe as possible. Not sure if you could stay with someone for the night? In the daytime 8:30am-4:30pm try to give DVAC a call. (808) 531-3771 maybe they have a way to help you.

Mark Romoser I didn't think tenants had much protection against eviction in Hawai'i the way they do up here. I sure as hell didn't! Perhaps I should return?

Amber Ricci Honey the best thing that you can do for yourself right now is 2 give yourself extra love and nurturing, put some protection energy around yourself and try as difficult as it is to send them compassion. I know that sounds probably very contradictory but they are suffering and in pain. If there's any way that you can sit down with a mediator with them and try to talk it out calmly and with this compassion in you you can find a peaceful resolve and you will not feel so fearful for yourself. I'm sending you lots of love and light right now!
