You Trisha Watson Kakoo 2 promise we KHCH would have a June Kakoo 2 meeting in June and next week is the last week in this 2016 month in June .Trisha Watson Kakoo 2 we KHCH have not received the May Kakoo 2 minutes as yet.
I'm booked on June 22nd , 27th, and 29th 2016 FOR THE NEXT WEEK.
I have not received the corrected minutes for page 6 in the FTA quarterly Meeting April 26, 2016 where I corrected you Mike Lee of KHCH mentioned something about sinkholes. Where I corrected you Trisha Watson Kakoo 2 in my email stating I specifically said and we have it on tape that ,"the sinkholes at the Historic Honouliuli bridge on Ferrington highway across of Kahimohala from the September 2015 site visit report the sinkholes are sinking worse now and needs to be addressed for the public's health and safety with the H1 free way Diamond Head bound lane next to Leeward community college by the rail overpass and the SINKHOLES AT THE CEMETERY NEXT TO THE OLD FLAMINGO;S RESTAURANT."
You promised on tape in the May's Kakoo 2 meeting with Kai Markell OHA manager of Compliance and enforcement that you would get me the name and email address of the person or persons responsible in HART to address and fix these sinkhole issues I'm constantly bringing up and HART RAIL ignores. And there are no minutes available for our Kakoo 2 May meeting but we have it all on tape but you the Kakoo 2 are responsible for timely minutes of our meetings.
To date Dan Grabauskas C.E.O. of HART RAIL has not bothered to respond to my email addressed to him and you Trisha Watson Kakoo 2 about these sinkholes now going unaddressed for 5 weeks causing me to file complaints with the City prosecutor and the Hawaii State Attorney General asking for and investigation of my complaints.
There appears to be a shut down of needed responses to queries from RECOGNIZED CONSULTING PARTY'S OF THE HART RAIL PA that go
unanswered by all so called responsible party's on the HART RAIL side to the PA in violation of the Federal mandate for the FTA laws and regulations both in the spirit and letter of the law of the 106 process.
This is unprofessional behavior in complete disregard for due diligence, with due care in due time if not a criminal act of depraved indifference in my opinion . A complete misusing if not abusing of tax payers money and being indifference to the health and safety of the general public well-fare and well-being on this Federal funded project.
