Greetings,
Our House of Nobles came together about eight (8+) years ago.
We were sued by the illegal entity State of Hawaii which bases itself on identity theft, piracy(ies), pillaging, racketeering, fraud, premeditation, conspiracies, etc. with the aid of the United States who is documented as one of our three (3) protectorates.
Do protectorates pirate lands, assets? Do protectorates recognize the facts that the permanent treaties of amity, friendship count in the interactions with the Law of Nations even though the changeover from the Law of Nations to League of Nations to the CFR/Council of Foreign Relations which included the United States, Great Britain and the J.P. Morgan bankers which concocted the United Nations with the move to create a One World Order/New World Order with intentions of decimating the populations, etc.
Brief Background
The wicked scheme was set in place by a Secret Treaty of Verona of 1822, even after the Hawaiian Kingdom was recognized as a Monarchy Government in 1810.
Kamehameha III - Kauikeaouli developed a Constitutional Monarchy since the Constitution of 1840.
The planned, premeditation of the Hawaiian Kingdom came as early as 1841 during the time of Kamehameha III - Kauikeaouli and while U.S. President Tyler was in office.
Kamehameha III - Kauikeaouli is to be credited for his brave, outstanding move in helping to set up a land system which involved an alodio land titles for kanaka maoli, and to aliens fee simple titles or only 30 years/freehold/less than alodio titles.
Kamehameha III - Kauikeaouli gave forever titles to his people, kanaka maoli and was a conveyance of his father's lands. He shared his lands with our kanaka maoli. He said that it was unlike other Monarchy/Constitutional Monarchies such as Spain, Great Britain who gave lands to their people and took it back after the recipient died. Unlike the forever lands conveyed by Kamehameha III - Kauikeaouli through the Mahele of 1848.
Kamehameha III - Kauikeaouli ratified the Treaty of the Hawaiian Kingdom and the United States in 1849. The Treaty was between Kamehameha III - Kauikeaouli, his heirs and successors and the United States President Zachary Taylor who had also ratified the Treaty.
Note: It was in the 1912 PA PELEKANE case where the usurpers entity called the Provisional government turned Republic then Territory claimed through identity theft that they were the "successors of the Kingdom of Hawaii". The heirs and successors were only the Kamehameha's heirs and successors, not an alien, pirate based entity.
The Kamehameha's exists and are legally able to prosecute pirates, frauds, etc. according to Article XIV of the 1849/1850 Treaty.
The criminal move to extinguish the Kamehameha's were made by pirate of the Pacific Charles Reed Bishop and Friends including Sanford B. Dole who began his writings, his indoctrination of Bernice Pauahi Bishop being the "last of the Kamehameha's" in 1873.
Note: Probates shows that Kamehameha's descendants existed and recorded in 1871, which is where one of our ancestors was documented and many of us came together as the House of Nobles, and sued by the fraud based entity State of Hawaii over the Crown Lands soon after for a lien filed in the Bureau of Conveyances.
Kamehameha III - Kauikeaouli signed another Constitution in 1852 and is to be credited for the anti-slavery law.
Note: the United States copied nearly every word for their anti-slavery law which was passed after the assassination of U.S. President Lincoln 13 years later.
Kamehameha III - Kauikeaouli was a progressive leader who loved his people.
The Mahele was finalized, all conveyances of alodio land titles were made and completed before he died in 1854. Sad that he said that someone had poisoned him.
The United States, Great Britain were bankrupt due to the American Civil War of 1863-1865. The loans of the United States were paid off in 1934.
Moving the time line forward, the United States lacked gold in 1893, supported the usurpation of Queen Liliuokalani planned by a concerted effort of missionaries/ mercenaries, lawyers, lease holders who suddenly became land owners of fee simple or 30 year leases.

Kameha III didn't have to share it because he was the Monarch, a descendant of his father Kamehameha who was recognized as the head of a Monarchy based government. His lands included the Hawaiian archipelago made up of 133 Islands in the Pacific Ocean.
With Aetearoa and the Samoan Islands, the Hawaiian Islands were recognized as the Pacific Empire.
