Titahine Cowden Marked my Important Information as SPAM ...Know Your Enemies Folks! So Not Pono!!!

Tyler Green of Coco Palms Hui brings Dayne Aipolani & his marshalls of the Kingdom of Atooi to intimidate the Kia’i off the land the night before what is anticipated to be the last day of court of the ejectment civil suit. The defendants Noa Mau-Espirito and Charles Hepa have been claiming that the developers use coercion against the people. Surprising that Tyler Green would be so foolish to make a deep public display of bullying and the King of the kingdom would stand against the cultural practitioners for the benefit of the tourism industry. This is a small clip of a longer effort of a tactic of intimidation. They were given the word that they were to be "removed", so a number of us came to stand as witness.
At 2 minutes in, Dayne tells Noa he “already got the word” that the court is going to side against them.

Stan Aoki I did some research on Polynesia especially on the relationship with Hawai'i and NewZealand. Hawaiians (na Kanaka) are related to Maoris. There are family names of villages on Maui that are directly related to Maori families in NewZealand. I think also that my friend Daniel Kikawa on the Big Island can confirm this.

Stan Aoki The language of Hawai'ians (na kanaka) and the Maori is basically the SAME. Just some minor spellings are a little different. Even Marquesan language is VERY similar: Aloha in Marquesan is Alofa. Samoan has also similar language. I lived in Samoa at one time. ALL Polynesians are brothers or at least cousins!

Amelia Gora Yes, of course....Deborah Kapule was a grandaughter of Kaumualii her father being Kahekili/Haupu. Deborah Kapule married Simon Kaiu and had a son. All of Kaumualii's children's lines can move forward to assist because he had a number of children: Kealiiahonui, George Humehume, Kinoiki 1 (w), Haupu/Kahekili, Kuheleaumoku, Kahai, Kanekoa, and Kaulia, Kahinu.....Deborah Kapule married Kaumualii and became a stepmother of all of the Kamehameha's because the link was Kaumualii's marriage to Namahana/Piia, the sister of Kaheiheimalie, and Kaahumanu. I have read somewhere that you mentioned certain (land) laws did not apply to royalty ? Would you happen to have any reference to this matter that would stand in the FAKE states court system? Our young royal warriors got "railroaded" so I am looking for "lawful" information that they can apply in their appeal . The courts / attornys for cocopalms developer have prepared a writ , ordering direct linial decendants of KAPULE to VACATE ( "State property" )that's being LEASED to developer .
