Communist China Joins With Democrats, says Guns In America Should Be Restricted

Iʻve processed 160/189 Pio Kalaiʻāina caes from 1895
case #61
name - John A. Cummins
charge - treason...
plea -
verdict - guilty
sentence: 5 years imprisonment at hard labor and $5,000 fine
adjusted sentence: $5,000 fine

Cumminsʻ sentence was really odd in that he, like the others convicted of treason, received a sentence of 5 years and $5,000 fine. In most f those cases the sentences were then adjusted by Dole to drop the fine. With Cummins, the 5 years imprisonment was dropped and the adjusted sentence was for him to pay the $5,000 fine. He was, though, ordered to remain imprisoned until he paid.

Lynlie Waiamau Is this the man who owned the Waimanalo Sugar Plantation? If yes, perhaps because he had the means to pay? Or was he a major player in the revolution? I know he had close ties to the Queen.

Ron Williams Jr Aloha Lynlie, yes. He's also in the group shot of the Hui Aloha 'Åina men photo. And I think your on to something in the fact that he was "able" to pay. The Republic knew they might actually get the money from him. There were dozens and dozens who were fined $5,000 and so far all but a few—three that I remember—had the fine erased.

I did a deposition for a case regarding Kuleana land lease in Poohaili, Laie, Oahu, Kingdom of the Hawaiian Islands. I was asked to swear an oath of the State of Hawaii. My answer, "as long as the question is from the Kingdom of Hawaii of the Hawaiian Islands the answer is NO. The questioning went on for 45 minutes with the same answer. Both attorneys for BYUH and Property Reserve Inc. appeared frustrated. The attorneys, corporation, government do not have personal jurisdicti...on. I am a subject of the Kingdom of Hawaii of the Hawaiian Islands. The land I lived on is from that Kingdom of Hawaii. The conveyance of the land comes from the Kingdom. The original Awardee comes from the Kingdom and is protected for all heirs of the Awardee. No can convey their aina away. I can sell my usuage for a certain time but the purchaser have to know what they are buying. Again, the owners and all real estate, attorneys, judges know that people have no right to sell their property only the usuage their aina. The title companies et al are committing fraud. No one question them they take your money. Ask, find out about your property from the title company and mortgage company what did you buy? YOU WANT YOUR MONEY AND YOUR HOUSE.

Repost from @holistically_thriving
i finished this book today! my eyes are finally opened and my heart is at peace. this book may be called thyroid healing, but it is about much more than thyroid healing. i call it the “everything healing” book. this book is talking truth about autoimmune disorders, thyroid illness, RA, lupus, fatigue, anxiety, depression, ebv, cancer, lyme disease, and SO MUCH MORE. it all makes sense. •
from this book i have learned:
...
your illness is not your fault or from a faulty genes. your illness is not in your head. you did not create it. you do not deserve it.

inflammation does not exist on its own but because an invader is attacking you.

the auto-immune theory of the body attacking itself is incorrect. the body does not attack itself. it attacks pathogens. •
antibodies are a sign that there is a virus the body is fighting.

the tests that are run to determine these illnesses are inaccurate and not testing for specific illnesses but rather looking for inflammation markers and matching those levels to a certain disease. •
lyme and thyroid disease is caused by epstein-barr virus.

YOU CAN HEAL!

i don’t have doubts or fear in my heart about any of this. THIS BOOK changed all of that for me. i know what i am reading is TRUTH. my heart, my mind and my spirit knows the words in this book are speaking truth about mystery illnesses and symptoms. i am FREE of those fears and doubts. over the last 9 months i have followed anthony’s protocols and the diet plan and you know what? I HAVE HEALED. not a little bit of healing...a lot of healing.

i am writing this post for my fellow chronic illness warriors. believe me, i know what you’ve been through, i have been there. i have gone through it too. i have suffered, i have tried many paths, and begged God to make me better. i get it. i feel for you so deeply i my heart. i want so much to see you all heal. i know it is possible because it’s happening to me! there are REAL answers about the roots of these illnesses in this book. once you have them your whole outlook on your health can change! •

Hauoli la hanau, Richard Kekuni Blaisdell! Small but lovely gathering at Kekuni's gravesite at Oahu Cemetery this afternoon. It was a cool day and great for jus...t sitting and talking and reminiscing about the profound effect that Kekuni had (and still has) on our lives. Mahalo to H. Kaleleonalani Blaisdell and her husband for joining us and especially mahalo to Nalani for sharing some awesome stories of her Papa, who many of us like to think of as our Papa, too. Glad she was willing to share him with us. Truly, he was "the man," who, along with Soli Niheu and Imaikalani Kalahele, started La Ho'iho'i Ea back in 1984. Mahalo to Kauluwehiokalani Eli for crafting the beautiful ti leaf lei and for helping Emilia Kandagawa and Aloha Kekipi's niece from Japan who trimmed the grass around the headstones for Kekuni and his sister, Iwalani Minton, with a tiny scissors borrowed from Shana Logan (so cute) and their hands. Baron Ching brought Ka Hae Hawaii and Ka Hae Kalaunu and Nalani Blaisdell shared a bit about Kekuni's reverence for the flag and for the Queen. It was all good. Happy to have Shana Wailana Logan join us, as well, and share her thoughts on the occasion of Kekuni's 93rd birthday. Mahalo to Aloha Kekipi for the lei, and flowers, and good story about mending Kekuni's hala mat. It was a sweet memorial and recounting of a man whose presence continues. Aloha Aina (as Kekuni used to say when he answered the phone)!

The nonprofit health center running the Waianae Coast’s only emergency room is doubling the number of rooms available to treat urgent cases and expanding its reach in Leeward Oahu.
...
On Saturday, scores turned out for the blessing for the Harry &Jeanette Weinberg Emergency Medical Services Building at the Waianae Coast Comprehensive Health Center. The building, slated to open in June, will house 16 exam rooms, up from eight, a laboratory and a radiology department, all to be open 24 hours a day.
The building also contains space for the A.T. Still University School of Osteopathic Medicine, which is already operating on center grounds.

Richard Bettini, president and chief executive officer of the Waianae health center, said the organization is evolving to be part of the solution for improving residents’ health and to address the rising costs of health care. In addition, he said the community center has opened school-based health clinics at Waianae’s public high school and intermediate school to address health problems at an earlier stage.
The health center, which opened its first emergency room in 1975, is planning to hold clinics at Nanakuli High &Intermediate School and already has satellite clinics in Nanakuli, Waipahu, Kapolei and Ewa.
Bettini said the center is the largest employer on the Waianae Coast, with 650 employees.
During the blessing, Gov. David Ige called the center an innovative healing center, a cornerstone of the community and the “pride of Hawaii.”
It is one of only two community health centers in the country with a trauma support facility, an emergency room that can prepare patients for transfer to a major trauma center, such as the The Queen’s Medical Center.
Completion of emergency room construction will wrap up a 10-year, $49 million capital improvement campaign that put up three buildings. The Harry & Jeanette Weinberg Foundation, the namesake for all three, donated about $9 million to the project.
Edward Ho, emergency room manager, said the design of the new emergency room will increase efficiency and the number of patients treated. A specially equipped triage room will allow nurses, doctors and assistants to more quickly assess patients and either order further diagnostic testing and treatment or patch up the less serious cases and send them home.
Dr. Bob Bonham, an emergency room physician, said patients equate faster treatment with better treatment. In addition, emergency room staff will be connecting with other health care professionals in the area to ensure continuity of patient care.
