The following shows the status of the United States Gold:
1893 - Queen Liliuokalani was illegally dethroned by Americans who Premeditated the takeover of a neutral, friendly, non -violent nation.
Gold bullion, Coins of the Realm were in the treasury.
$279,000 was documented in the treasury, less the loans of Charles Reed Bishop, Pirate, banker who borrowed $1-$2 million dollars from the Hawaiian Kingom/Kingdom of Hawaii.
Bishop was employed by the J.P. Morgan bankers in the United States.

The Treaty applies only to Kamehameha III - Kauikeaouli, his heirs and successors - who are related to him and Not the entity Territory of Hawaii which became the State of Hawaii disregarding documented opposition, which claimed to the "successor of the Kingdom of Hawaii".
