Those little ole ladies met under Abigail K. Kawananakoa Foundation "Na Lei Alii Kawananakoa" --she sent me a booklet in October 2004! Omg that was 14 years ago!

Now I am a Little Ole lady too.......lol.

That little ole group supported NAGPRA.

Abigail Kinoiki Kekaulike Kawananakoa  claimed lineage through a direct lineal kinship emphasizing its chiefly descent from the highest ruing chiefs of each major island.  NA LEI ALII KAWAANAKOA's lineage encompasses the ruling chiefs of Molokai (Kaiakea/Ohule Priesthood) through historical traditions that pace the island of Molokai under the heredity domain of both Oahu ruling chiefs (Peleioholani/Kahahana) and the Maui ruling chiefs (Piilani/Kekaulike). 

She claims to be a "direct lineal descendant of Hawaii's last royal dynasty...".

She has a Department of Commerce and Consumer Affairs - Business Registration under "ARTICLES OF INCORPORATION (Section 414D, Hawaii Revised Statutes).

The three (3I) incorporators are Native Hawaiians, who are recognized leaders, authoritative resources, and cultural specialists in matters concerning Native Hawaiian Affairs.

Incorporator:  Abigail Kinoiki Kekaulike Kawananakoa - the great grand niece of King David Kalakaua and Queen Kapiolani and the granddaughter of Price David Kawananakoa and Princess Abigail Wahiikaahuula Campbell.  "Her mother, Lydia Liliuokalani Kawananakoa, in keeping with the traditional Hawaiian custom of "hanai" allowed Princess Kawananakoa to be legally adopted by her maternal grandmother."

The recent case of the Kawananakoa Trust was granted a "receiver" Wright.... some of the Wright's are direct descendants of Geritt Parmele Judd - genocide activist in the Hawaiian Islands...... what's on the table of the case is various lands including All of Honouliuli, etc.  Importantly all of the Crown Lands, the gold, etc. are part of the wealth which is destined to be sold b the "receiver" Wright.

We have not heard the outcome yet, but, Jane Loeau's families are hoping to be a party to the case.  Jane Loeau had attended the Royal School.  Just posted this and posting it again below.

Importantly,

So, it appears that's why the State Attorney General was present in the court case and umpteen attorneys.

Abigail Kawananakoa's claims as the lineal descendant of Hawaii's last royal dynasty is not o.k. because their families - Prince Kuhio and Kawananakoa were disinherited by Queen Liliuokalani and stripped of their Royal status, which is what I brought up in court....among other things.

I filed a Genocide Activities complaint against the Kawanankoa's/Campbells, Kuhio et. als.

They are indeed claiming that they are the children of Poomaikelani when I have the genealogies prepared b Abigail Kawananakoa which shows that they are indeed from Kinoiki 2 and David Kahelepouli Piikoi who had three children:  Edmund Keliiahonui; Jonah Kuhio Kalanianaole; and David Laamea Kawananakoa.  

David L. Kawananakoa and Abigial/Abigail Wahiikaahuula had Lydia Liliuokalani.

Kawananakoa ---- they surrendered the child to Abigail K. Campbell Parker.

Abigail K.K. Kawananakoa married her lesbian partner 28 years younger than she.

The Probate court assigned James Wright, her longtime friend as receiver to her lands, monies, gold, etc.

The claim was made in the news article in the reference below:

2018

Moves to intervene into the case was made by Jane Loeau's descendants/heirs.  

I, Amelia Gora, and for John Gora and Keoua Gora entered documents of truth, and distributed it to the Judge, clerks, and attorneys in attendance.

The major points is that Kawananakoa's were disinherited by Queen Liliuokalani and stripped of being Royals according to the Constitution; Kamehameha III 's Crown Land deeds state that the Crown lands belonged to "himself, his heirs, and successors" - only his family no others; genealogies of Kamehameha's son Kalanihelemaiiluna was shared - there are other descendants too;  Queen Liliuokalani had interest in the Bernice Pauahi, etc. - others had interests.

Kalaniulumoku's descendants are on the court cases affecting the entity State.  The following is meant to support our Royal Families through one of Kamehameha's sons descendants named Kalanihelemaiiluna Paki:

Fact:  Jane Loeau and Abigail Maheha attended the Royal School.

Fact:  King Kalakaua and Queen Liliuokalani attended the Royal School.

King Kalakaua's heirs were W.P. Leleiohoku Kahalahoolewa, brother of Kalakaua, Liliuokalani, and Likelike.

King Kalakaua's successors became Liliuokalani, Miriam Likelike - daughter Kaiulani; then Poomaikelani - her heirs and successors; then Kinoiki - her heirs and successors:  Kuhio and Kawananakoa.

(Note:  Kapehe also attended the Royal School - she was the hanai of John Ii and Sarai Hiwauli who had sons:  Haalilio, Haalelea, and Kahuakaiola/Kahuakailoa
           Kamamalu, Victoria attended the Royal School - she was the hanai of John Ii and Sarai Hiwauli who had sons:  Haalilio, Haalelea, and Kahuakaiola/Kahuakailoa


Many of us are Kamehameha's through the line of his son Kalanihelemaiiluna Paki.

SUMMARY

The Judge Brownie was supposed to let everyone know the status.  An appeal will be entered.  The Judicial Tribunal verdict of guilty for Kawananakoa and Kuhio was already made according to the Article XIV of the 1849/1850 Treaty of the Kingdom of Hawaii and the United States.  The Hawaiian Kingdom/Kingdom of Hawaii Judiciary will also have a hearing for this case based upon this evidence, etc.



Genocide Activities report filed for the Kawananakoa's and Kuhio's because they are jumping on our Royal Families claims, etc.

Additional Police Reports to be filed because James Wright was appointed by the Probate Judge which means that the 2004 Non Profit Corporation has been dissolved to assume, manage, control, pirate, pillage, steal, identity thieve the true Royal Families assets, lands, gold, etc. based on "XI  - Upon the dissolution of this corporation, assets shall be distributed for one or more except purposes within the meaning of Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code (or corresponding section of any future tax code) or shall be distributed to the federal government, or to a state or local government, for a public purpose."

This case shall be referred to the Hawaiian Kingdom Judicial Courts, etc. after the filings of piracy, conspiracies, pillaging, racketeering, etc. from an entity State that has no validation to having an annexation and utilizing conspirators, treasonous persons to take part in criminally assuming lands, monies, gold, resources, water, etc. from the true Royal Families and kanaka maoli/kanaka Hawaii maoli from a neutral, friendly, non violent nation.

Kawananakoa suffered an acute stroke in June, which on July 24 turned into her lawyer, James Wright, being granted control of her estate by a state probate judge. 
Wright's lawyer, Frank Kanemitsu, wrote in court documents that since the stroke she is 'unable to meet essential requirements of physical health, safety, self-care or financial matters,' even with assistance.
'Ms Kawananakoa and her legacy need the protection of the court,' Wright said. 'I have represented her for nearly 20 years, and spoke to her three hours before the stroke. She is not the same person.'

But Kawananakoa's partner and secretary, Worth, disputes this claim. The heiress is still capable of making financial decisions, Worth said.
Her attorney, Michael Rudy, said a renowned panel of three psychological experts will be hired to examine Kawananakoa, and already the first has found her mentally competent. Another evaluation is being processed, he said, while a third is still being arranged.
Worth possesses Kawananakoa's health care power of attorney and receives $700,000 a year from her trust. The newlyweds have been together for 21 years. 
Rudy said his client's only aim is to put Kawananakoa back in charge of her finances. But Wright said he fears there's a greater money grab in play that could seriously affect Kawananakoa's plan to set up a charity on behalf of the Native Hawaiian people.

Thanks for the interesting info. So what do those little old ladies meet about?  what do they do, whats their purpose or agenda?

Re: Kili rebuilding the nation; I'm confused.  so when a person, even a hawaiian, tries to change and take over the kingdom constitution when its out of session under a protected status, and tries to change it to a "republic" where the people are the sovereigns; isn't that also treasonous and the exact same thing the usurpers did?

I do see the solution to please everyone, but it takes educating our people to their choices; remain a U.S. Citizen- receive all their benefits and privileges uninterrupted, change the 50th State of Hawaii to a Republic ran by Native Hawaiians under American Common Law or be a subject of the Hawaiian Kingdom under a Constitutional Monarchy.  the first two exists in the continental US only, the last one resides in the Hawaiian Islands, as I got the UN to confirm recently.

Sadly I see how confused our people are, now its just a matter of clarification so each person can choose who they want to pledge their allegiance to.  real simple, a place for everyone- yay problem solved!

Queen Kapiolani was the hanai daughter of our great grandfather Kaluakini who was married to Haili the daughter of Poomaikelani.
Kaluakini and Haili had our grandmother Elikapeka Kaluakini.

No wonder that little old ladies group wanted me to join their group..........the group was made up of Abigail Kawananakoa; Dr. Johnson -retired from University of Hawaii; and Myrtle Schumann whose nice Owana Salazar picked up after Myrtle died.

Major issues but will clear that up too.............now have to hunt for the mailings from Abigail Kawananakoa.........good evidence!

This legal notice is to inform you that a Protective Order has been assigned to Kalani Asam and David Kromer, Assistant Konohiki for the two areas (1)  Waimano, Oahu, Hawaii; and (2) Waialua/ Haleiwa areas under the Konohiki Victoria Kamamalu whose heir was Mataio Kekuanaoa, alii nui/kanaka maoli/kanaka Hawaii maoli. 

Kalani Asam and David Kromer are known supporters who have been assigned to help malama/take care of our families interests on the Island of Oahu specifically Victoria Kamamalu's/ Mataio Kekuanaoa's land which belongs to our Royal Families who have the paramount/superior titles and Not the non owner State of Hawaii, etc.  note that even the Bishop Estates/KSBE/Bernice Pauahi Bishop Trustees are Not the land owners because they can never own Alodio lands.  See:  Kamehameha III - Kauikeaouli's deeds and speech of 1851 which he documents that only his people could own alodio titles, and to aliens he allowed fee simple/lease/30 years/freehold - less than alodio.

I have read somewhere that you mentioned certain (land) laws did not apply to royalty ? Would you happen to have any reference to this matter that would stand in the FAKE states court system?
