This measure makes it less desirable for foreigners to quiet title Kuleana lands. Lands that have been in Kanaka Maoli families for 160 years.

Want to give everyone a head's up due to fraud found /tampered documents by S. B. Amelia Gora Kamehameha III already quiet titled and he gave forever lands to his people.....the case Kekiekie vs. Dennis shows that no one can take away land of our people..........not even the Royal families, etc. The problems that shows up is that a deliberate move was made to defraud our people....for example, the INDICES of Awards by Chinen in 1929 shows that the two kinds of titles approved by Kamehameha III was alodio for his people and to aliens they were given fee sim...ple, or less than alodio equivalent to 30 year leases, freehold too...Chinen in his book changed alodio and fee simple to aliens by merging the two types of deeds and claimed "alodio in fee simple"..... then the usurpers started to claim that Kamehameha had given only fee simple like the American Fee Simple and that was not true...checked the book today at the Library, edited by P. King.... remember that James King participated in dethroning our Queen....what transpired over time was the deliberate move to defraud our people...and pushing Fee Simple titles when in reality, Kamehameha III did say that his titles were not the same as other Alodio titles given by Constitutional Monarchy governments elsewhere....such as Great Britain, France, or Spain....their Sovereigns conveyed lands...BUT...after the person conveyed lands died, the lands RETURNED to the Sovereign...but...in Kamehameha III's case, he gave FOREVER lands to kanaka maoli/kanaka Hawaii maoli.....so everyone, kanaka maoli/kanaka Hawaii maoli need to start charging rent or give notices to vacate, etc. I have prepared a pamphlet of laws for our people and to get a copy, everyone will have to contact our Konohiki, or Assistant Konohiki...such as Keli Akina and friends......aloha. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qQC5FPPmdos (p.s. have now found two (2) examples of how the usurpers/pirates/pillagers defrauded our people..... pass this info on to families and friends....mahalo....remember empowerment comes with knowledge, and keep connected with others....
