The Mormons Representatives, et. als. are wrongfully claiming lands which does not belong to them.
The following article was prepared with research exposing the facts that we have the superior/paramount title because our families are part of the descendants/heirs of her hanai children named Kaaumoana/Kahakuhaakoi and Abigaila/Kapooloku/Kapoolohu/Kapapoko/Poomaikelani/Princess Poomaikelani.

1819 - Kamehameha died. He was the Sovereign of the Hawaiian Islands.
1824 - Kamehameha II - Liholiho died. He was the Son of Kamehameha.
His successor was Kamehameha III - Kauikeaouli.
1835 - Kapaakea married A. Keohokalole.

1848 - January 28 - Kaisara Kapaakea's name on the Mahele Book for Malaekahana. He was the documented Konohiki. His wife was Keohokalole.
Kamehameha III - Kauikeaouli's signature added.

1850 - The history According to Wikipedia, but did not find the Mormons at this time in the old newspapers:
" The first ten Mormon missionaries departed San Francisco for Hawaii during the California Gold Rush on the ship Imaum of Muscat, arriving on December 12, 1850, in Honolulu Harbor of what was then known as the Sandwich Islands.[3] With Hiram Clark presiding, the missionaries included Elders Henry Bigler, Hiram Blackwell, George Q. Cannon, John Dixon, William Farrer, James Hawkins, James Keeler, Thomas Morris, and Thomas Whittle. A day after their arrival the group climbed a hill above Honolulu (Pacific Heights), constructed a small, makeshift altar and said a prayer. A week later, the ten missionaries received their assignments: Farrer and Dixon headed to the island of Kaua'i, Cannon, Keeler, and Bigler to Lahaina on the island of Maui, Blackwell and Hawkins to the Big Island of Hawaii, with Morris, Whittle, and President Clark staying behind in Honolulu. This group formed the basis of the Sandwich Islands Mission.[4] The first Church congregation in Hawaii was established on the island of Maui in 1851.[5] Among the early converts of Cannon were three prominent Native Hawaiians, Jonathan Napela, Uaua and Kaleohano who would later serve as prominent missionaries and leaders in the LDS Church.[6]"
1850 - July 13. The Privy Council claimed the land Malaekahana and 24 other Ahupuaa was conveyed by mistake. Malaekahana was land number 25. Kamehameha III - Kauikeaouli did not sign the document.
The following list dated 1850, then a Resolution note dated December 22, 1851 "by order of the Privy Council.....Lorrin Andrews secretary signed" stapled on top of the 25 lands appears to have been pirated by the usurpers, but Kamehameha III - Kauikeaouli had conveyed Alodial titles to kanaka maoli. Kamehameha III - Kauikeaouli's signature is not part of this.
Also note that the Archives/Records Room was shut down for two (2) years which gave the usurpers time to doctor documents. The following is the list of 25 lands which does not show the signature of Kamehameha III - Kauikeaouli…..the lands are documented in the Mahele Book of 1848:

note: The Privy Council claimed land conveyed to Keohokalole was a mistake. A Fraud because the Privy Council did NOT have the right to take away the alodio lands from Kamehameha III - Kauikeaouli's people, which included Keohokalole who was married to Caesar Kapaakea and who was part of the House of Nobles, a Royal person.
The Sovereign and House of Nobles were the permanent part of the Hawaiian government. The House of Representatives was a voted in, temporary part of government.
The Privy Council was not the same as the House of Nobles.
1851 - May - Kamehameha III - Kauikeaouli gave his speech which shows that he gave Alodial lands to his people and to Aliens he gave fee simple or less than allodial, 30 year leases/freehold titles.
1851 - HAWAIIAN REPORTS Volume 1 case: Kekiekie vs Dennis shows that no one can take away the lands not even the Royal Families themselves. Kamehameha III - Kauikeaouli gave forever lands to his people. He conveyed Alodial titles to his people and to Aliens he conveyed Fee simple less than Alodial lands to foreigners or 30 year leases/freehold lands.
Note: The lands of Caesar Kapaakea and Keohokalole was conveyed and signed by Kamehameha III - Kauikeaouli...the Privy Council had no authority to take away the lands from Caesar Kapaakea and Keohokalole.
1851 - August 1 - A survey was completed for A. Keohokalole. It should have been under Caesar Kapaakea because his name appeared in the 1848 Mahele Book as being the Konohiki of Malaekahana, etc.
1854 - March 22 - Kuleana and survey recorded for Malaekahana.

1854 - Kamehameha III - Kauikeaouli died. His successor was his hanai/adopted son Alexander Liholiho.
1854 - Kamehameha IV - Alexander Liholiho great grandson of Kamehameha became the successor.
1863 - Kamehameha IV - Alexander Liholiho died. His successor was his brother Lot Kamehameha.
1864 - Kamehameha V - Lot Kamehameha great grandson of Kamehameha became the successor.

1866 - Caesar Kapaakea died. He was the Konohiki and the owner of Malaekahana Ahupuaa. Keohokalole was his wife.
1867 - Survey of Malaekahana under Royal Patent 5616. Kamehameha V to A. Keohokalole is part of the Deed.
Note: Malaekahana was documented under Caesar Kapaakea, his wife Keohokalole was his heir, along with his children.
1869 - Keohokalole died. Her heirs were her children: David Kalakaua/King Kalakaua, Liliuokalani/Queen Liliuokalani, Leleiohoku/W.P. Leleiohoku; Miriam Likelike.
1872 - Liliuokalani/Kaeha/Kamakaeha/Makaeha aka's made a Trust with her hanai/adopted daughter Kaaumoana aka's as Trustee. Kaaumoana's descendants/heirs existed then and their descendants/heirs exists today.
1909 - a Fraud Trust was created by conspirators, pirates, pillagers.
1917 - Queen Liliuokalani denied signing a Trust Deed with the conspirators, pirates, pillagers.
2018 - Dawn Wasson died, her son Harry was made a Konohiki by the descendants/heirs of Queen Liliuokalani's hanai/adopted daughter Kaaumoana and Keo/George/ Kealohapauole who make up the True Trust which was created in 1872.
SUMMARY
Fraud has been found in the land records.
The Privy Council did not have the right to take away properties that were conveyed by Kamehameha III - Kauikeaouli.
The Privy Council were nobodies when it came to allodial lands.
Case precedence is documented.
The pirates, pillagers conspired against all kanaka maoli.
The court of original jurisdiction adjudicated "Guilty" for the Fraud Trust of 1909. Other cases showing the names of those on the Privy Council will also be reviewed.
The Mormons are NOT the Landowners in Laie as shown in the above research, etc.
Rents of a $10,000,000 per month from this day - July 17, 2018 - forward is due to the Real Trustees of 1872.
The date due is 10 days from today or July 27, 2018.
Retroactive rents will be added after discussed.
