This a notice of Failure to pay rents and eviction is in order.
The subject YWCA and their attorneys have failed to pay rents, and cannot show a Paramount/Superior Title to the land on Richards Street and in a Trespassing status.
Please document the trespassers effective today, July 19, 2018.
I, Amelia Gora, am one of the land owners through multiple interests, and am also a Family Representative for our Families interests.
Additionally, I, Amelia Gora, am one of the Trustees of Queen Liliuokalani who also had an interest. Queen Liliuokalani was my great great great grandmother through her hanai/adopted daughter named Kahakuhaakoi/Kaaumoana/Kekualoa aka's and through Abigaila/Kapapoko/Kapooloku/Kapoolohu/Poomaikelani/Princess Poomaikelani who was another hanai/adopted daughter of Queen Liliuokalani.

June 28, 2018 - initial contact with the YWCA
July 5, 2018 - Rents due
Letter from their attorney who says that they will not pay
July 19, 2018 - Trespassing entered on our records; Status is SQUATTERS on our Royal Families lands.
Abner Paki was the sibling of our ancestor and also a Father because he married his brothers wife.
Eviction Notice is hereby stated, documented as of today, July 19, 2018.
As one of the landlords, land owners I hereby enter all of this for the records.
Instructions to the YWCA is to vacate the premises immediately.

This is to inform you that I, Amelia Gora, am one of the Representatives of our Royal Families.
Our families hold the paramount titles, the superior titles to the lands that your building is on.
The Kamehameha Schools/Bernice Pauahi Bishop Estates Trustees are not the owners.
Abner Paki was married twice, first to Konia, then to Kaikaina/Kaikainalii who was the widow of his brother Kalani/Kalaniulumoku.

A Fraud Trust was created by her usurpers/conspirators in 1909.
I am one of the alodio/allodial title owners and as a Family Representative, a Royal person, House of Nobles member, Acting Liaison of Foreign Affairs Representative, etc., I am sending you the billing for the use of our Private Properties located at 1040 Richards Street for the amount of $500,000 rent per month starting June 1, 2018, and retroactive rents going back to the 1900 date.
Your option is to obtain your monies back from the person/entities who sold our Royal Families lands.
