So Sulla has gotten away (FOR NOW) with stealing our paid off home without us getting a trial, as you all know. But this Greedy SOB keeps filing stuff. His latest was to remove our affidavit we put on our stolen home on the record, at the BOC, which noticed potential buyers that he is trying to sell to in a quick sale, (ALL WHILE OUR CASE IS IN APPEALS) that the case is in appeals and has been stolen by forgeries. He filed to remove that affidavit in the corrupt 3rd Circuit C...ourt and succeeded without serving us the complaint, failing to appear in court, and violating serving us within 7 days. As a result instead of discipline, the corrupt judge granted him 35k in damages and attorneys fees (THE COURT WANTS US TO PAY SULLA TO REWARD HIM FOR STEALING OUR HOME) and the court also agreed to remove our affidavit protecting others from getting ripped off if they try to buy our home. We noticed the court we are overseas but they rejected that Motion too! The court also signed the order for Sulla on June 22nd, but did not issue it to us so we could see it, until a few days before time was up, for us to file an Appeal on it! How is that for justice? I am going to be continuing to document all or this because eventually the Hawaii courts will be exposed on a National scale and they will no longer be able to commit this injustice against anyone anymore! By the way there is a current open police investigation against Sulla for forgery in trying to steal our aina, and Jason Hester, the mainland drifter Sulla used on paper to steal our home and the UK drug dealer, Mark Shackman, that is currently living on our stolen property, whom Sulla assigned there, and has allegedly sold our stolen home to (allegedly In payments over years), are going to be the ones that Sulla is going to try to pin everything on. He knows who to use in these situations!

This man, Joe Hart, just physically assaulted this woman. Almost two years ago I’m... sure many of you remember Ember Bethany Bailey and I getting restraining orders against him because of harassment. There was a beautiful Sisters Safety Network that informed many to his wrongful actions as well as other terrible actions of other men in order to keep women informed and safe where many shared about his wrong doings. He left the island, run off by justice. Now I hear he has been snaking again into spaces such as Ecstatic Dance and others where he can prey on other young women.

He has been chased out of many conscious communities and is always living in a state of psychotic narcissism. I am doing all I can to spread this message to as many as possible as I feel it is a personal mission to help protect other women from men like this-and if social media will help at all you can bet I will do all I can to make this man known for his insanity.
Please help me in standing for not allowing men of this nature to be welcomed into communities that are so open and trusting, where they can manipulate and harm so many.

Mistakenly released? Nothing is by mistake with the Hawaii courts, especially in the "drug court" on the Big Island! Everything is done on purpose. Judge Melvin Fujino, in this case, is the same judge that gave our paid off home to drug dealing, land thief, forger Sulla and gave us no trial, after his superior, Judge Ronald Ibarra retired.... after we believe Sulla paid them both off!
The court most likely let this Brian Smith out to commit another hit, to deliver a message or drug deal, then once caught he will make the drug delivery back inside the prison, or else someone just paid the courts off to have him released. It is also quite possible Smith was an informant.

Three of my friends were on the lava boat that got damaged this morning (2 from L.A., one from Germany). They wanted me to pass on this message to ...the community. They said that they are Ok, that yes, it was scary at the time, but that all in all it was a wonderful amazing experience.

They said that they have been watching the media all day and are surprised by how the media keeps expanding the danger and # of people injured, and that they felt that it was getting totally sensationalized.
They said that they were at a safe distance, and that the explosion came up out of the ocean— not from the coastline. They said that the lava rock did fall and hit the railway and exploded, but it did not directly fall on the woman's lap. They said her leg got broken when she got somewhat trampled when everyone panicked and ran around, but that it was not from a lava rock, that her clothes were intact, not burnt off.
They said that only 2 people were taken by ambulance to the hospital, and that everyone else seemed pretty okay. One of my friends had a tiny cut the size of a penny on his knee and a small red mark on his back. He decided not to go to the hospital.
They felt the boat captain did a good job, and offered to refund everyone’s $$. They felt bad for him, that it wasn’t his fault— and just wanted to pass on the message from a first hand experience of the incident... They are enjoying the rest of their vacation and wish our community the best~~~
PS— they are sleeping now but I will ask them to pass on their firsthand account to the news and DNLR tmrw.
PPS— apparently, a lot of the passengers ended up checking themselves into the hospital later on, so the count kept changing. And also of course everyone has a different perspective on things.. I think my friends are particularly resilient and upbeat, and at the same time I can understand how this experience could be totally terrifying for others.
