I wonder if what is wanted by Congress is for the Kingdom of Hawaii to apply for Bureau of Indian Status, (Government to Government) and that applying for BIA status was brought to and rejected in Hawaii a few years ago.
I think that might have been what happened.
If so, then it will not matter who comes to find out what Congress wants, because Congress came to the Kingdom of Hawaii a few years ago, and was turned away.

The fact remains that the Royal Families did not accept the Apology made by U.S. President Clinton, a bill introduced by kanaka maoli / kanaka Hawaii maoli haters or Alii haters named Daniel Inouye and Daniel Akaka who pushed the Akaka bill over time with ongoing opposition.
Inouye has his name on the Honolulu Airport...……...it's not OK to have terrorist names on our neutral, friendly nation because they are Aliens and considered to be pirates on the high seas in a Fake State.
