Fry biscuit pieces in hot oil (watch the temperature of the oil, too hot and the biscuits pieces will burn). Stir and or make sure to roll over the biscuit pieces to cook both sides evenly.
Remove from hot oil and coat in powdered sugar, I use a medium sized tupperware container and shake vigorously.

1/2 Tsp. Salt
1/2 Tsp Black Pepper
Combine tomatoes, onions, garlic, cilantro, and chilies in a food processor and mince for a few seconds. Mince longer for a thick pulp consistency, shorter for chunky. This also can be done manually by chopping with a large knife. In a bowl, mix chopped ingredients together with tomato sauce, sugar, oregano, lemon juice, black pepper, and salt for taste. Refrigerate and serve with either store bought corn chips or homemade deep-fried tortilla wedges. The latter is recommended. To make the homemade style chips, buy the thin fresh corn tortillas and cut them into small wedges. Heat up either corn or vegetable oil in a fryer or deep pot and fry until golden brown. Drain on a paper napkin and salt to taste.

Rainbow Style Gravy
2 packets from the beef saimin pkgs. (Top Ramen or Maruchan, no matta)
2 C Water
1/3 C Cornstarch...
1/4 tsp Pepper 2 Tbsp Cream of mushroom soup (I use Campbells)
3 shakes of Cayenne pepper
2 packets from the beef saimin pkgs. (Top Ramen or Maruchan, no matta)
2 C Water
1/3 C Cornstarch...
1/4 tsp Pepper 2 Tbsp Cream of mushroom soup (I use Campbells)
3 shakes of Cayenne pepper
I will usually put the beef packets, cornstarch, pepper, and water in a pot and stir with the wisk to get all the lumps smoothed out first. Then put it on the stove on medium heat, stirring kind of briskly every once in a while with the wisk in the begimning, then alot more as it thickens more and more until it is clear. If it is too thick, then I'll add a little more water. And if it is to thin, then I'll add more cornstarch mixed with the same amount of water (eg. 1 tbs cornstarch 1 tbs water.) It should have bubbles coming up cooking the cornstarch out. Next wisk in the cream of mushroom soup. Once everything is mixed up good and you like the consistency the last thing is to turn the stove off and add the cayenne pepper and stir it in real good. The bugga is ready. All you gotta do now is cook up the hamburgers, sticky rice and make my mac salad in the salad list. You got a really close dish to rainbows drive in!
As you can tell, I am a big fan of Rainbow Drive Inn's hamburger steak plate lunch and miss that so much. Now that we live in So. Cal, and cannot get it, I started fooling around with different flava stuff and found this to be the best so far. I've never really measured all these ingredients, I usually go by flavor and the consistency I like. So feel free to add more or less cornstarch and other flavas.
