King David Kalakaua was on the throne in 1890, the highlights of the Premeditation Pirates are shown in the Los Angeles newspapers:

*The Hawaiian Kingdom was claimed to be "the Sandwich Islands" and viewed as merely "an American Outpost".

*The Treaty of Reciprocity would expire in 1894..

*The cable /Pacific Cable Company cable was planned to be laid down between California and Honolulu.

*Another cable which was feared by the Americans was one that would be laid down between the Dominion of Canada/Victoria and Honolulu.

Summary

All of the above issues were part of the plans/premeditation moves against a neutral, friendly, non- violent nation.

Disrespect of treaties are also shown here because a small nation was disregarded and seen as England's version of the Hawaiian nation as simply the "Sandwich Islands".

It is important to note here a case precedence of 1851 in the HAWAIIAN REPORTS shows that "every fraudulent combination, mutual understanding, or concerting together of two or more, to do what is obviously and directly wrongfully injurious to another, is a conspiracy, and that ….they were guilty."

The evidence of all the above shows a concerting together of two or more....and therefore under the laws of the Hawaiian Kingdom, were all guilty.

Fraud vitiates all claims and all contracts.

The contracts called Treaties with the Hawaiian Kingdom is intact because the Treaties are the "supreme law of the land" in the U.S. Constitution.

Other nations Treaties have yet to be reviewed.
