Aloha Amelia,

I understand from an accuaintance on Face Book that you have been using Pay Rent or Quit to regain Royal Patent lands.

I have begun suggesting the Pay Rent or Quit even against Quiet Title Actions, which are of course illegal, to Kanaka with Royal Patents.

I have been suggesting this in relationship to Robinson, Coco Palms(Kauai) and other Large Corporations to keep and/or return Kanaka land.

I am wondering how the Pay Rent or Quit is working for you?

Hi,

Pay rent...........yes..............as for Quit?  nope not something that we're doing.

When you bill for rent, you automatically create a landlord lien.  It's in the case precedence.  Read cases in the HAWAIIAN REPORTS.

Kamehameha III - Kauikeaouli gave alodio /ano alodio to kanaka maoli/kanaka Hawaii maoli and to Aliens he gave fee simple which is less than alodio, lease, life interest, freehold.

He also left directions stating that there are disabilities and the United States and Great Britain could not own land.....and of course all aliens.

Please explain Quit.... because the issues are ongoing and Quit is unthinkable.

As you may know, the Royal Families exists which means we are part of the permanent treaty of friendship and amity and we are included in the 1849/1850 Treaty of the Kingdom of Hawaii and the United States President Zachary Taylor.

Kamehameha III - Kauikeaouli ratified the treaty based on his heirs and successors only...........and the identity thieves Territory which turned into the State claimed they were the successors of the Kingdom of Hawaii............wrong.

Read case precedence REX vs. BOOTH; KEKIEKIE vs. DENNIS because no one can take away alodio lands, not even the Royal Families.

Coco Palms corporates are Not the owners.  They are Aliens.

Kaumualii of Kauai has many descendants with the bloodlines of Deborah Kapule who was one of the wives of Kaumualii, et. als.  Many can document Deborah Kapule as a stepmother.
