My vision-
This matter gets aired on 60Minutes/ or the likes of 20/20- prime time.
The calling- would be for all "tourist nationwide /and from foreign lands," to place a moratorium of sorts in good faith - like an embargo, requesting all with a conscience/grasp of the adherence to the Rule of Law, to stay off of Hawaii's shores- to not buy airfare; to not book a hotel room; to not rent a car; to not travel on any ship docking in the harbors-----in this way, the collapse of the HAWAII economy, monetarily, would infuse a must come to the table ordeal.
Yes- all would suffer- but that is what would bind us - to do what is pono- no pain, no glory. Sacrifice! For the next generations know this must be done.
My anguish, is that until an uprising /embargo /"travel ban of justice" of such sorts goes without attempt, the courts will continue to ignore and stall.....that is a fact.
I refer to the Black Hills of South Dakota, whereby the same gold runs in the same veins of injustice and those in power are simply waiting for all with a memory to DIE OFF. Just DIE is the mantra - time will wither your call for justice to a memory and you will fade away is what "they" want and "you" are playing right into that hand. The status quo using the courts ain't working.
Until the MEDIA of stature publicizes this - all solicitations via youtubes, OLELO - to educate--- are just that- no one gives a shit because, "I got mine- and that's your problem" philosophy shall rein forevermore in that tiny microcosm.....suggest, break the cycle of apathy- by getting this- all your work and research to the REAL media.
When Blacks were hanged /lynched- and the lynching stayed local- such acts did not cease- it was only when the rest of the world saw such, that the "practice" was called out for what it was- in this land of Hawaii, the lynching is in the form of land rape, both economically and mentally- and stopping the infusion of money to "the system" of lust and greed and injustice would compel the GOV to take heed. I know it. It is my vision- and I pray someday the embargo against Hawaii cripples this State into taking action to pursue closure.

I found Kamehameha III speech of 1851 which shows what he documented.
Before that, no one had brought out the issues of having alodio and fee simple.
I've found a number of people over time who have defrauded our Hawaiian people.
Let's look at who deliberately messed up/lied about Kamehameha III's titles - which by the way, he states is like no others....so, your claim that he follows the European International pattern.......... I'll post the criminals documents in the future.............
How can you challenge those who have actually done the research, purchased certified copies from the Archives and Bureau of Conveyances?
and have you actually the time invested so that you could actually defend your claims........???
Since that time, Mike Lee et. als. started running off and stating what they thought was their ideas of alodio/allodial titles. I showed him Kamehameha's speech of 1851 and he too ran off and explained his version of alodio..........Cousin noticed that he too wasn't on target.....
As you may or may not know, we have more time invested in the research than many others.
Cousin as a result got the important docs certified...as well as myself such as the actual Crown Lands and Government deeds......aside from Kamehameha III's ..documents.... ..which means Kamehameha III's documents from the Archives and the Bureau..........

We are the ones who have been putting out the truth with evidence/proof with intensive research untouched by others who promote fraud, disinformation.
I have a Bachelor of Science degree in Liberal Studies emphasis in Psychology, Sociology with a background in the Sciences such as Biomedical research, etc. and did want to be a doctor in cancer research............didn't go there but my daughter is a Pediatric Surgeon and am proud that all of my kids have college degrees/working towards their degrees.
I also have a Paralegal certificate from Chaminade University of Honolulu and use what I've learned for this ongoing research.
I was told by several Professors that I have enough background for several PhD's.
Cousin has Master's Degree in Business and enjoys contracts, etc...same with other members of our families who have College degrees as well.........who also happens to be Kamehameha's and part of the House of Nobles.
Wanted to mention some of this before but have been busy working on other areas of research.
I know that you teach computer classes but I think you fall short on some areas having to do with research and believe erroneous information parroted by parrots who have been perpetuating frauds over time..........yes indeed the so called scholars from the University of Hawaii system have many...and they get complemented for perpetuating the crimes of the ages..........but the intention of the criminal system is to perpetuate the crimes isn't it?

maybe this is sibling rivalry of some sort because if you're Haalilio's descendant....we should be related....his brother was Haalelea who was one of the husbands of Kekauonohi who had been married to Kamehameha II - Liholiho; Kealiiahonui (brother of two of our ancestors); Charles Kanaina (I have his testimony - through research)...another brother.....Kahuakaiola/

Kapehe and Opunui had Kapehe opio who married David Keawe/Pauahi/Kalua and had Mele Keawe who married Charles Kauweloa and had Mary who married Albert Castro who had Mary (an siblings) then married my father an had myself (and others).
Kapehe was a hanai/adopted sibling of Haalilio; Haalelea; Kahuakailoa; hanai: Victoria Kamamalu; and Irene (through John Ii's last marriage to Maraea Kapuahi).
I added this last part because you apparently have issues with hanai/adopted relationships.........and the fun thing is that I found through research in the Probates that there are two (2) kinds of hanai: 1) hanai and 2) hanai hookama - person inherits sovereignty..............and the references will probably be given in future writings.
Be careful on the info that you convey...........because it may be pretty embarrassing if it's wrong.
