hi Ruthie, Tom Lenchanko, et. als.
appears the addressing is to the wrong people because the lands were not gotten from the BIA..... and they have no say..... we are currently in the process of adjudicating the Mormons, Catholic Church etc. in the Hawaiian Islands via the Hawaiian Kingdom Judiciary System.
I was at the Wahiawa Court with someone yesterday with documents for his defense.
He got all of his private property - movable - stolen from him and left him poor, set up with a lot of fines, etc.
Point is that he's been a target because he helps to support kanaka maoli's positions in Hawaii and apparently the identity thieving entity, an illegal State appears to target him and actually sends him to jail whenever they feel like it........no hearing, they'll just grab him and place him in jail.
The supporting documents that I had for him are as follows:
EVIDENCE DOCUMENTED prepared by Amelia Gora, Royal person, land owner (2018)
1) Hawaiian Kingdom/Kingdom of Hawaii Legal Notice No. 2018-0408 - First Supreme Court Court Case Heard: Trustees of the Liliuokalani Trust of 1909 and the Bernice Pauahi Bishop/KSBE etc.
2) U.S. President Clevelands Orders to Willis - Restore the Queen. No Matter What May Be the Conditions. The Morning Call newspaper, San Francisco, California.
3) Treaty with the United States ratified on the 19th of August 1850;
Kamehameha III - Kauikeaouli's speech of 1851 about ratifying the Treaty and conveying alodio titles to his people and Fee Simple to aliens.
4) Rex vs. Booth Case, HAWAIIAN REPORTS, with explanation of the Hawaiian government.
Note: the Hawaiian Government is made up of three (3) parts - 2 are permanent parts: 1) Sovereign - his heirs and successors - a Permanent part and these are all related; 2) the House of Nobles - their heirs and successors - a Permanent part and these are all related; and 3) House of Representatives - a temporary, voted in group = this is the group that had dethroned Queen Liliuokalani in 1893 - an entity which were not a permanent part of the Hawaiian Government.
5) State of Hawaii Supreme Court letter in answer to my complaint letter. Note: the letter is date 1998 with directions to file with the Honolulu Police Department which I did; also to file with the Prosecutor's office which I did - they said that the complaints that I had are supposed to be handled by the Attorney general's - and I did file and to date no response even from Trump..........and the letter also stated to go to the court of original jurisdiction......which is why we as the House of Nobles did nominate, vote, elected the four (4) present judges of the Hawaiian Kingdom who have just completed some of the cases.
6) The Paramount, Superior, Alodio land deeds for the lands of Paele & Puu and Victoria Kamamalu's deeds were also part of this packet. After researching these lands, it has been found that our Royal Families have interests in these properties and the poor man who got his movable properties stolen from him are actually sitting on lands that we have interest in......note: in other words, he came to the right people to help him, which is why I waited with him at the occupier's court yesterday.

As for the person requesting assistance against the Mormons, I suggest that they file a complaint with us via hawaiianhistory@gmail.com and Not the BIA = Bureaucracy of Indian Affairs who have no say in the Hawaiian Islands.
Tom Lenchanko is one of the assigned konohiki and i'm amazed that he seeks to assist kanaka maoli and leading them astray.
We have our assigned Konohiki and Assistant Konohiki projects and support many of the Konohiki and assistant Konohiki in the Hawaiian Islands......
If under educated kanaka maoli move to seek assistance from those who usurped our Queen and still seek assistance from them, then, the konohiki will be in a position to assert the claim of the under educated kanaka maoli to help preserve the lands for that under educated kanaka maoli descendants based on the alodio titles.
Tom Lenchanko needs to find out the time and place of our two time a week meetings and attend to be on the same page.
Also, we have a court calendar which will be aiding kanaka maoli with their land, etc. complaints.

Many people are slowly waking up and realizing that our Royal Families exists in the Hawaiian Islands and who are part of the Permanent parts of the Hawaiian Government. Guess Tom Lenchanko himself is not aware that I, Amelia Gora and others are Kamehameha's descendants from four (4) of his children, and Queen Liliuokalani's hanai/ adopted children from two (2) ancestors...............and probably doesn't know that our Monarchy, turned Constitutional Monarchy government is based on genealogies.
We are here and we are the real McCoy's who are Not self-proclaiming ourselves to be King's or Queen's.............we descend from Princess Poomaikelani and are the long time researchers with evidence of Premeditation from bankrupt nations who have targeted our neutral, friendly, non violent nation to pirate, pillage, plunder, conspire against ......we are not the ones who have done wrong..........we are Not the Identity thieves, the squatters on our private properties, etc.
