We have Removed Maurice Eha Rosette from Konohiki Position in Kewalo, Waikiki, Oahu with cause.

Removed support for Maurice Eha Rosette because of his Genocide Activities which has been recorded with the Honolulu Police Department for the records.

Maurice Eha Rosette is maintaining the lies and claims that all land titles are fee simple, etc.

That the commencement of the "new government" which was to happen in March got delayed due to these facts of History:

1.  Queen Lilioukalani was not the root of the problem when Hawaii was overthrown.  It happen during her brothers illegal rain, King Kalakaua and the "Bayonet Constitution of 1887".  

2. If the Bayonet Constitution was "ILLEGAL", the kicking out, and murdering of the "Nobels" and their families were "ILLEGAL", the ousting of the "Prime Minister" at that time were "ILLEGAL", ALL HAPPEN IN 1887, EVERYTHING THERE-AFTER REMAINS "ILLEGAL"!   INCLUDING LILIOUKALANI'S RULE!

THAT MEANS, that Keanu Sai (Interior Minister) cannot STOP at 1893, because LILIOUKALANI WAS NOT QUEEN TO BEGIN WITH, HER RAIN UNDER THE "BAYONET CONSTITUTION WAS ILLEGAL.

America and the International Community is using this to defend their case against the Hawaiian Nation "Provisional" Government and Keanu Sai.

I have added some information to the Oral Argument. The Iwi and the Kanaka suppressed Freedom of Religion.....please give me more information.  I think the Iwi  is the turning point.

I have three ancestors who left England due to Religious persecution and came to this land on the Mayflower. 

My eighth Great Grand Father Jacob Broome was Quaker and knew that Religious Freedom was essential to “Life, Liberty, and the Pursuit of Happiness.”  He helped design and then signed the Constitution as a Framework for this new country and Religious Freedom is essential.

These Religious Freedoms are protected in these Contiguous States but not Hawaii.

The question becomes “Why?”

Ohana is everything and Ohana include all those who have left this world.  Ancestors and their descendants share a relationship of interdependence in which living Kanaka Maoli are responsible for protecting the bones in the Iwi of their ancestors in return for assistance in the Kanaka Maoli daily lives.
In order to keep this relationship alive and healthy, descendants must say prayers (called pule) at the Iwi.
The Kanaka Maoli  ask for assistance at the Iwi as well as engage in reciting of Genealogy to recognize and glorify their ancestors, who they, logically enough, consider the source of their very existence.

The Kanaka become the guardians of their ancestor’s burial Iwi,  and protecting the bones in the Iwi,  from desecration is VITAL to the Kanaka Maoli Religion.

This vital form or Kanaka Maoli Sacred Trust is on the land that defendants Ron Agor, Chad Waters, and Tyler Green are destroying.

Freedom of Religion is VITAL for the survival of the Kanaka Maoli “Life, Liberty and Pursuit of Happiness.”
 Why are the defendants allowed to destroy these sacred and religious Iwi?

 Why is the Architect Ron Agor allowed to design more buildings, cover with asphalt, and cement the Kanaka Maoli sacred Iwi?   These areas are sacred to the Kanaka Maoli.


Why dig up and build over the Sacred Iwi as defendants Tyler Green and Chad Waters have done?



Dawn Wasson a noted matriarch for the Kanaka Maoli sent me this message on the day that the destruction of the sacred Iwi began at Coco Palms:

The Kanaka Maoli are a Federally Protected Minority.
Their rights to Freedom of Religion is being laid before you today in a Federal Court right outside of Washington DC and on ground that George Washington and many of the Founding Fathers traveled.

You are a Federal Judge.
You have the awesome responsibility as a Federal Judge to be able to rule today on whether the Kanaka Maoli Freedom of Religion based upon the Sacred Iwi will be upheld in a Federal Court.

Since the Defendants have no defense for the Destruction of the Kanaka Maoli Sacred Iwi, a trial is not necessary, and I request Summary Judgement.

Since that time, Mike Lee et. als. started running off and stating what they thought was their ideas of alodio/allodial titles.  I showed him Kamehameha's speech of 1851 and he too ran off and explained his version of alodio..........Cousin noticed that he too wasn't on target.....

As you may or may not know, we have more time invested in the research than many others.


Cousin as a result got the important docs certified...as well as myself such as the actual Crown Lands and Government deeds......aside from Kamehameha III's ..documents.... ..which means Kamehameha III's documents from the Archives and the Bureau..........

You are talking to researchers who have been doing this for years beyond your research..........

You've been following Keanu Sai who pushes military occupation and fails to point out the alodio and fee simple differences................and he's not on the same track as us.


We are the ones who have been putting out the truth with evidence/proof with intensive research untouched by others who promote fraud, disinformation.

I have a Bachelor of Science degree in Liberal Studies emphasis in Psychology, Sociology with a background in the Sciences such as Biomedical research, etc. and did want to be a doctor in cancer research............didn't go there but my daughter is a Pediatric Surgeon and am proud that all of my kids have college degrees/working towards their degrees.

I also have a Paralegal certificate from Chaminade University of Honolulu and use what I've learned for this ongoing research.

I was told by several Professors that I have enough background for several PhD's.

Cousin has Master's Degree in Business and enjoys contracts, etc...same with other members of our families who have College degrees as well.........who also happens to be Kamehameha's and part of the House of Nobles.

I know that you teach computer classes but I think you fall short on some areas having to do with research and believe erroneous information parroted by parrots who have been perpetuating frauds over time..........yes indeed the so called scholars from the University of Hawaii system have many...and they get complemented for perpetuating the crimes of the ages..........but the intention of the criminal system is to perpetuate the crimes isn't it?

Kapehe and Opunui had Kapehe opio who married David Keawe/Pauahi/Kalua and had Mele Keawe who married Charles Kauweloa and had Mary who married Albert Castro who had Mary (an siblings) then married my father an had myself (and others).

Kapehe was a hanai/adopted sibling of Haalilio; Haalelea; Kahuakailoa; hanai: Victoria Kamamalu; and Irene (through John Ii's last marriage to Maraea Kapuahi).

I added this last part because you apparently have issues with hanai/adopted relationships.........and the fun thing is that I found through research in the Probates that there are two (2) kinds of hanai:  1) hanai and 2) hanai hookama - person inherits sovereignty..............and the references will probably be given in future writings.

Be careful on the info that you convey...........because it may be pretty embarrassing if it's wrong.
